To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHaving stayed here before we were disappointed to see the rooms looking very tired They need a total refurbishment. The size of the TV is very small for the size of the bedroom. The furniture is pretty old. The rooms do not really depict the luxury of the rest of the hotel. The kitchen could be better equipped - if you have a kitchen with cooking facilities then you need cutlery etc. There were no bowls or anything there so it was a bit hard to prepare anything in the rooms. The space outside the bathroom where the kitchen was was a bit tight - if you were coming out of the bathroom and someone was at the fridge you couldn't get by. Sadly these factors would stop us staying here again and recommending to our friends, which we have done a few times in the past.
Room was a great size - the bathroom and bedroom areas were very big. We liked the layout of the room. The view was spectacular. Setting area was a nice addition too. We had an amazing dinner up at the Sirocco Restaurant starting with a drink at the Sky Bar! WOW what a view and meal. The staff couldn't do enough for us. We had the best table in the house as well. Very memorable end to a fantastic vacation in Thailand.

United KingdomPool was disappointing and no view. Drinks and food at the restaurant were way overpriced. Also, even as a hotel guest, you can't really enjoy the rooftops, only if you buy ridiculously expensive drinks, with limited choices. Hotel concierge staff were not that friendly.

SpainCheckin went bad and messed up a special Birthday celebration Also the rooms (suite on 51st floor) are extremely outdated and look from the 90’s. A shower head at 180cm so if you’re taller you have a problem. Hairdryer can’t be used in bathroom cause the power outlet isnt strong enough. A cola can at the pool was €12. Absolutely crazy Better to just go visit the skybar than stay at the hotel

United Kingdom• The fact that when the deposit it charged, which is not a small amount, they don't explain to you that it takes 2 weeks to get back to you once you leave the hotel. • How expensive are the drinks at the rooftop bar and a very bad selection of drinks available for that price. • The fact that the room will be disinfected through the day without permission or acknowledgement. You'll find out once you come back to the room, by a ticket at the door, that someone has been there. That was weird. Usually, the housekeeping only comes in the morning. And if anyone is to go into people's room through the day without permission, that should be explained to detail on check-in..
