The staff were amazing. We arrived late but they rushed us through check-in and kept the kitchen open for us, while we were eating dinner they arranged a crib for our baby without us even asking so that was really appreciated. The design of the hotel was amazing and it was kept really tidy, we loved that the staff put frangipani flowers around all of the rooms gates. The bed was really comfortable. We will certainly stay here again when we head back through Sukhothai to enjoy it some more as we missed out on some activities passing through.

Our AC unit could not properly cool our room which meant we were up tossing and turning all night because of the heat. My family and I also had dinner at the resort restaurant. We were disappointed cause the waitress didn’t get our fried rice order correct and then when we inquired about its status, she said my husband didn’t order it though it was clear that he did. All 4 of us at the table heard him and he had no food in front of him besides roasted nuts. That was just unprofessional. You shouldn’t gaslight customers about their order and then not even offer an apology or own your mistake. The waitress simply said no which is ridiculous. Despite that, we still tipped because everyone else was very kind and helpful.

The property is stunning! My family and I absolutely love the Thai aesthetics and tribute to Thai culture and history throughout the resort. They had a traditional Thai kitchen and living quarter my family and I were able to take photos in. It was super cute! The facility is also very clean. Appreciated the attention to details from staff members including the placing of flowers on our porch in the morning.

I could hear the noise from the next room such as the sound of pressing water and the hair dryer is too small for a thick-haired person.

Good breakfast and very kind/friendly staff. They also recommended the traveling place and how to get there in Sukhothai. The hotel is in a great location in the old town. We enjoyed a good time to walk around the hotel. Many places for sitting and relaxing time. The room applied with Thai tradition and modern style. The restaurant is also perfect!

Bathrooms need upgrading. Massages over priced and staff constantly receiving and checking text messages during the massage so as well as being expensive it was not relaxing. Restaurant and bar closes very early and as there is nothing within easy walking distance at night we had no option but to return to our room.

Beautiful gardens and comfortable beds. Most of the staff were friendly although they did not speak English. This made even ordering food difficult

There was nothing to dislike.

The rooms and the breakfast were great, and so was all the staff at the resort. It was in a fantastic location for people who want to visit the Sukhothai historical park. We used to bike everyday. And there is even a temple ‘Wat Chang Lom’ right behind the resort that we could see from our balcony. Overall a wonderful, peaceful stay.

What a treat!!! The location and facilities are beautiful. Within walking distance of the ancient city. Some rooms have a view of a beautiful elephant wat. Cultural program at 8:00 nightly. Friendly staff. We immediately decided to stay an extra day. We've never stayed in such a nice place. Great price, too.

It’s a little remote so a car is necessary to get around but the hotel is nice enough if you don’t want to go out .

This hotel is amazing ,plunge yourself in the totally Thai experience . So much effort has gone into making your feel welcome, breakfast is good , pool is adequate, staff are good. Beautiful gardens.

Pillows were very hard but upon request soft pillows were provided. A lot of mosquitos everywhere but hotel is on the river in a jungle. Good repelent was provided and another one I bought in 7/11 so this problem was also solved. A pool open only from 9 am.

Perfect location: 15 min walk to historical park and old Sukhothai center. The hotel is on the river, with a lot of vegetation arround, you can feel like being in a jungle with lots of singing birds in the morning. I could sleep with open window no need aircon. Excellent breakfast. Staff can call a tuk tuk for your trip to historical sites. Every evening there is a performance on site by local students. Food in a restaurant is nice.
