Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere were 3 remotes... it can be confusing to figure out how to turn the TV on. Also not to many English language TV, so for us who are not Thai it was a problem.
An amazingly large room - great to decompress in this busy city. My room included a shower and a hot tub. Just to show how large the room was

SingaporeWhat I don't like: - Fridge wasn't cold at all and was more like aircon temp of 24 degrees celcius and which I complained is not possible to keep my supermarket bought food and fruits chilled. It was impressive they brought in a new replacement fridge in ten mins. - Lighting too dim - just my personal liking to have some bright lights alternative. Can’t even read some instructions in the room despite all lights turned out as the orange lights were too dimly lit. Just one of my pet peeves of hotels trying to be aesthetic but lacking functional intelligence. - Sheer curtains were ridiculous nearly transparent.. certainly of no use if I can't use it and walk around with my underpants on only as anyone at opposite can see through easily. Again one of these senseless things with a sheer curtain that doesn’t block the view or at least blur the view of guests inside. I thus have to always close the entire opaque curtain to block the room when changing and then it means no sunlight in and thus make it dark and dull in the room. - Poor view facing a water tank building, what a lousy view. - No tissue papers provided in Living Room, I have to take a toilet roll and put in the living room. - Square big basin in washroom is another try too hard to be different yet it’s not the best design for proper functional use. Basin is too shallow and cause water pelts to spill all over. The square base of basin also means food particles cannot flow well into the basin hole and all collect at the square basin. It’s not a good hotel basin to install. - Words printed on the instructions cards, on toiletries bottles etc .. ie any printed words are all so too small that only below 40 year olds can read.. even with reading glasses cause you to read with squinted eyes because also of overall dim light + small prints. They should just print all words in big fonts. Again poor design thinking. - No instructions on how to use Bath Tub, Coffee Machine etc..
- As said by so many previous guests, most well liked aspect is its sizeable space in the room. Agree it’s a good size. - Good that they supply free in-room basic snacks and drinks - Good that they supply free breakfast from 630am to 1:30pm (that's like overlapping into lunch time) - Nice to have a rest arm chair in the room - Location of boutique hotel is good, 5mins walk to Asok Station via the overhead bridge of Exchange Tower at next building. - Good choice of massage shops along Soi 16

SingaporeI didn’t like the pint-sized toiletries. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner and body lotion come in 30ml bottles, not even 100ml !! More like sample size. So these are used up quickly daily. I would think it would be more environment friendly with bigger bottles as many small bottles are being thrown away.
The quiet elegance, the deluxe room layout with an inner wardrobe room for luggage storage too, the big jaccuzi bath tub, the extra large bed, the friendly staff, the convenient location and the good breakfast set.

FranceNot much to comment. It is obvious the room , and hotel, is a bit aged but rahjer well maintained. At least the room i got. It is a bit strange that the lobby opens on the bar and not on the check in counter. But that's not a real issue.
The room is very big and very bright, a lot of light from the big window. Ovrrall a very comfortable roo ! It is very well equipped with a very good TV set and collection of TV programs and movies (netflix...) including a Bose sound system. There is also an expresso machine with capsules, for free. A very good price for value . Location us also very good as it is in the centrr and walking distance from both underground and sky train.
