Our sliding door to the room was not able to lock and staff did try to help but in the end could not fix it so we did feel slightly on edge sleeping at night or going out during the day with the door open.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite, it seemed newly renovated with modern furnishings, very clean and had large comfortable beds. It was close enough to the main town but if you don’t like to walk it might seem far but you can easily get a Grab or tuk tuk!

The only negative thing is the location- it is quite far from the beach and the restaurants. It is a 15-25 min walk.

Very spacious and nice room, very comfortable bed, giant balcony with a nice view of the pool. It was very clean, the bathroom was very nice and the pool area was also okay with two smaller pools. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception was always open, even at night.

The building was without electricity for hours one day. The location of the hotel was not far away to the beach but you have to bypass a big part of the city as there is no pedestrian lane or path directly to the beach. (Naturally the latter are not just the hotel's fault..)

I really liked the big bathroom and terrace, and the well-sized room, well-designed interior, the large inner courtyard with many trees, garden and swimming pool, and the open place to have breakfast.

House keeping was slow. Twice I returned from the beach at 3 in the afternoon and my room hadn’t been made up yet with garbage, sand, and dirty coffee mugs from the day before.

The room was huge with a lovely large private balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable. The best one I’ve slept in so far and there have been four! It was a hilly walk to the beach but only about 20 minutes. There’s a free shuttle three times a day if you don’t like walking. I’ll stay again!

The cleaning service of the room was not very good and they usually came to clean the room in the afternoon, when we were resting (our room was empty every day in the morning up to 14-15h, but they never cleaned it during that times) I broke the handle of a coffee mug while I was cleaning it and they charged me 150 bath, which is probably 5 times the price of that mug.

The 2 swimming pools were great and they had motorbike renting on-site. Food in the restaurant was ok.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful! Every day they have 3 shuttles to go down to the beach. By walk it’s also only 15min away. The Room was big and clean. Overall the stay was good!

Very good 3* standard. Spacious room cleaned every day and a large, bright bathroom. I had a good rest and time here. You can eat breakfast at the hotel, they refill coffee and water every day. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center, but there is a free shuttle to the beach three times a day.

Cleaning could be better: cleaning was not carried out under the bed; in certain corners of the furniture; the curtains were full of dust; the top shelves in the closet had a lot of dust. In the hallway leading to the guest rooms, the floor had some stains, which remained during our 5-night stay. Our air conditioning was very noisy and it was hard to sleep (noise from the motor that depending on the temperature in the room and reception was unable to resolve the problem).

Maybe the location and the long walk down the street to the hotel area. Renting a bike was a must for us.

The pool was very nice. The staff was kind and helpful. You can rent a motorbike through the reception and also they will do your laundry for a payment. We got cleaning and water everyday.
