Nothing- some people have mentioned that the bedding is a towel which is true but I found this to be really comfy due to how hot it can get in Thailand.

Amazing location in the old town, away from the chaos with lots of charm. On Sundays there is a big night market that stretches right near the hotel entrance. Very clean and good breakfast on offer in the mornings and the guy on reception was really nice.

I found two roaches in my room. The manager apologized. It was still hard to feel comfortable sleeping.

The intricate old mahogany lamps and furniture were magnificent.

We stayed here on two different occasions. Both stays were good. The breakfast was different both times. The location is great. The wifi worked well during our first stay, but on the 2nd stay, the wifi wasn't working. It was a walking distance to bus stops.

Rooms were basic but fulfilled a purpose especially for the price could not complain. Only real problem we encountered is that we had to pay for the hotel cash, we didn’t have enough on us at that time so had to go to an ATM. This could’ve been in fine print somewhere but definitely something for future guests to note

Pretty boutique hotel with a central location. The gentleman who I assumed owned the place was so kind and inviting, even offered to take us to the airport.

Excellent location, right along one of the main historic streets and the night market (if you are there on a Sunday). The building is fascinating inside, in a typical Chino architecture. Good sized rooms, clean and bright, comfortable beds. Very nice treat the breakfast in the morning, with both western and local style options.

The location was really great - it was located right on the main strip with many small restaurants and shops to choose from! The staff was also super friendly and welcoming. The room is minimal and comes with your basic necessities! Great for the price and our short term stay.

Our room had a very smoky odor, even though it was a non-smoking room. We were only there for one night so we didn't bother changing to a new room, however if we had been there for multiple nights, we would have needed to get a new room as opening the windows to air it out didn't even make a dent in the smell.

AMAZING location right in Old Town Phuket, very close to a major tourist destination for shopping, restaurants, and photo shoots. Breakfast was fine. Lots of selection. The staff was very friendly and not too challenging for communication in English.

Bed is not the best but is okay for a short stay as everything else met my expectations.

It’s in a very happening location of old town surround with heritage building . The staff is super hospitable. It’s worth for money for cleanliness , location and breakfast of boil eggs , toast , coffee/tea, bananas, jam sausages are provided . I got to check in some Michelin restaurants nearby .

staff communication barrier due to lack of English skill, rooms don’t have refrigerator but they allowed we use fridge downstairs

Good location, we stayed in triple room, room was big facing to the road, a bit noisy but worth it. coffee tea and water available for free at the lobby whole day. breakfast included, (boiled egg jam butter sausage some local snack) . We extend our date , but because they didn’t have triple room any more gave us 2 double room with the same price , room was cozy and quiet
