NetherlandsThe rooms are just old and rundown. There was mold on quite a few places in both rooms we rented. The shower curtain feels dirty and when you shower everything gets wet because it’s so close together (the water does get warm and the pressure is good though). Besides that the toilet water was really stinky, but if you close the seat it’s doable. Also, the toilet seat in my room was broken/loose which was a bit annoying. Last morning few hours before check out my AC was leaking a lot, didn’t notice right away which kinda ruined my backpack a bit.
It’s a budget hotel and for the price it’s definitely is good enough. It’s close to the beach and if you walk like 1-2 minutes you have enough places to eat or have a drink so the location is good. Overall the rooms are quite basic but good enough if you don’t expect a lot. I did like the beds compared to other beds we had in Thailand and they have a huge TV with options for netflix or prime. The staff however is really lovely and helpful.

AustraliaThe hot water wasn’t working during the whole stay and the shower didn’t have any pressure. We had to take cold shower on the pool shower outside. I requested a few times to someone to come and have a look at it but nothing was done until we left.

United KingdomWas in a good location as slightly out of really busy area but short walk to Chaweng beach. Good size room with large fridge and kettle provided. Coffee, fruit and pastries offered from reception each morning and bottles of water given each day. Easy to exchange towels. Pool was lovely, sun beds often in shade but not a problem for us. Lovely terrace out front. Staff very friendly and eager to help. Selection of books in reception to take and tour info available. Shame there was building work going on next door which was a bit noisy, staff very apologetic. For budget accommodation was perfect and no problems for drivers to find us easily.

Central. Very friendly. Budget hotel with 2 beds ( clean sheets), hot shower, air con, ideally soyed for what we wanted. Would return. Had a pool, which we didn't swim in but looked great. Complimentary tea and coffee. Bathroom had a wee bit of 'other' hair on floor but ok.SGD 16 to airport with Grab.

Israelat first I never had toilet paper, rubbish bin, or remote for the aircon I also couldn’t lock my room but they showed me and gave me all I needed once I told them the issues
the staff a super friendly and we’re always there to help me. I had trouble in my first room, they didn’t have a different room at first to change me. I stayed one night and the day after gave me a better room which I was happier in. The location is a bit far from bars at 7/11 but I didn’t mind a little walk. It was clean and a comfy bed. Its in an isolated area so I enjoyed the quietness.

ThailandThis hotel should be avoided at all costs. I booked this hotel to help a vulnerable girl travelling alone. Upon arrival, she was told by the staff that she did not have a booking and that the hotel was full. This was despite showing the booking confirmation. The man at the front desk then took the girl on a motorcycle to another property where they found a room. Later that evening, the man returned to the room by telling the reception in the other property that he was the boyfriend of the girl. He forced his way into the room and asked the girl if she was lonely and told her he could sleep with her so she would not be alone. The guest eventually managed to persuade the man to leave and then informed reception of the other property to not let anyone else in. This was a very harrowing experience. This hotel should not be available on any OTA site.

CanadaDo not stay in rooms 110-114, or even 210-214 if you can avoid them. There is some kind of machinery on that side that is very noisy and disturbing. In 114 it vibrates the whole room, and you will not be able to sleep at night without really good earplugs and sleeping pills. This machinery does not belong to the hotel so there is nothing they can do to stop it. Also, in the 2 rooms I stayed in, the windows did not close properly, which only added to the noise level.
The staff were pleasant enough and tried to help out where they could. The hotel was kept clean, and so were the rooms. However, this is an old budget hotel, so set your expectations appropriately. At least the mattresses and pillows were slightly less hard then in the rest of Thailand. Also, the air conditioning was cold and fairly quiet on the lowest setting. Lastly, they had hot water with decent water pressure, even on the 2nd floor.
