Absolutelly terrible smell in our bathroom - this is quite common in Thailand. Our A/C turned off after 1 hour.

Located in a beautiful garden, modest but nice room. Highly recommened. Good selection for breakfast, nice staff. Absolutely amazing beach, great for snorkeling, beautiful sunsets. Enough sunbeds with umbrellas for everyone. Free minibar with non alcoholic beverages. Tastefull food in a restaurant.

We tried to walk up and down to our villa but it is very steep, though the hotel so offer pick up and drop offs

Loved this hotel, nothing to complain about

Arriving at this hotel on the long tail boat was amazing. Stepping into the water and then getting a cart up to our room was all lovely. The view from the room was amazing. In the night you can hear the monkeys, birds and other wildlife, so you truly feel away from things! The hotel room/hut was beautiful and had two extra beds for the kids. The beach is stunning and you can see tropical fish swimming around and there is an infinity pool. We ate at the restaurant which had decent choice.

Snorkeling off the resort beach was great with so many fish, swimming all around you. The sea view and sunsets are spectacular, and the cars to take you up to your cabins are always available. The restaurant food was very good and staff very friendly.

Beach front is busy with, chairs, and swimmers. So it doesn't really have that feeling like you're away from it all. I thought it'd be further from Tonsai but it's like a 10 minute boat ride...for some this might be a plus.

Nothing to complain about! Larry the lizard was a little noisy 😁 Long-tail boats can start early in the morning, but this is what happens here, take ear plugs 👍

Very friendly staff from the front desk, to the restaurant, massage and the dive school. Very well organised transfers to the pier for journeys in and out. Room service great. Fresh towels (beach and room) each day. Excellent food in the evenings. Made with no, medium or high spice to suit. Breakfast good, but not as good as the evening meal choice. Fire show next door (on the beach) each night was great. Free shuttle to rooms great. The swimming area in front was the best on Long Beach and full of fish. 200m to swim out to see reef sharks and Clown fish amongst many others. Mini mart good. Smart TV in room was great as had Netflix so chilled out some evenings. Mr Chet boat tour unbelievable. Not linked to the hotel, but check it out!! Wooden rooms that do get hot, but air con copes ok, but you are also on an island in the middle of nowhere that has views that won’t be beaten often! Recommend bug spray, but this is the same for all hot countries. Pools aren’t as big as other resorts on the mainland, but check this out before you go here if you want somewhere shallow or bigger as it is clear in the hotel info. Brilliant resort!!!

The beds are very hard, not comfortable

The hotel is in a lovely settings away from the main part of the island, the beach is beautiful, the view from the room’s balcony was absolutely stunning. We were able to snorkel right from the beach.

Please upgrade the sunbeds, you are already at a higher quality level, dont damage your perception with cheap plastic sunbeds

We were at the top of the resort which had lovely views and it was nice and peaceful at night. We both slept very well. The villa was a nice size, very clean. The beach was lovely - better at high tide, but that is how a beach generally is. Great food, lovely staff.

Everything was perfect ; wonderful beach ; lovely beach restaurant ; two nice swimming pools ; very kind personnel. We staid here with our 3 young children and they really enjoyed. Thank you Phi Phi beach resort for this perfect stay.

Not a complaint, but the hills to the villas are something else! Worth it for the views though.

Location was perfect - views were incredible! It’s also just a short 10 minute water taxi into the main town if you want to experience the nightlife.

The property is located next to a beautiful beach with pick up from pier arranged by resort. Breakfast is nice and resort is super green, clean and so so beautiful. It truly gives a authentic vacation experience!

We loved our stay - the only thing that would have been better was if there was some cushion on the sun beds.

Run down beach was not cleaned everyone like other resort result on dog muck and cigarette butts all over food was good but not cheap same as drink breakfast poor room had perfect view but need some kind of tint on the windows due to the sun it was like sitting in greenhouse and didn’t help air con was poor only 2 pools and 1 was closed were the dive centre was

Big Brunch, big shower room

Down side, the bathroom has a weird smell (at least the one in our room). However, huge shower and shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and hairdryer are provided.

The resort is amazing! The staff was friendly, the room is clean, the location is fantastic, very scenic! We spent two relaxing days in Koh Phi Phi and we have done the private king tail boat PhiPhi islands tour provided by the resort. They provide everyone with beach towels as well. Breakfast was excellent with vast choice! We also dined there at the restaurant both evenings and we had a very good experience. We read few reviews were people were mentioning about being a bit pricey but we dosing find much difference with other places in Thailand. The resort in on a hill so it can be a bit challenging to reach your room after a breakfast buffet but you can always ask them to give you a lift with their tuk tuk! We enjoyed our stay!
