I liked that the staff new I was coming and as soon as I arrived I mattered to them. They called me by name my whole stay. The room was so comfortable, big shower a treat, comfortable bed and quiet. Food was spectacular, room service over the top. The help at the airport when we left was unexpected and so helpful. Thank you all for making my stay memorable.

I honestly cant fault this hotel. The only thing that could have been a little better was the coffee- But its to be expected in Asia so cant complain!

Wow, I honestly could not have asked for a more memorable hotel to celebrate my 40th Birthday. Our room was exceptional. Waking up to the most beautiful sunrise over the water from our bed was something I will not forget anytime soon. The gym/sauna and steam room was great. I had one of the best pastas of my life from their Italian restaurant and their buffet + ala carte breakfast was delicious. One of the best I've had. Also, the service was impeccable. Such lovely hotel staff. They looked after us every step of the way!

Our stay at Como was flawless. We loved the design of the hotel. Every corner well thought. The food was sensational: amazing breakfast and the thai restaurant...simply delicious. The staff was always friendly and ready to help with anything. The kids club was simply amazing. A lot of activities for the kids...our daughter didn't want to leave that place. The nurses were also super professional and helped us every day with a wound our daughter had. The spa was also a great experience for the whole family (even our small daughter enjoyed a massage). The views were always truly impressive. Almost any point of the hotel offers breathtaking panoramas. It was truly a memorable experience for the whole family.

Beautiful property with stunning 360 views, very calming and fabulous views from the pool. Rooms The food is delicious, particularly in La Sirena. The rooms are very well designed and large, with great amenities, we had a view over the bay.

Breakfast was disappointing, not much choice. All eggs we ordered weren't cooked in the middle, and little option for things like fresh fruit etc. Patio in room bizarrely made of individual stones so can't go out bare foot to the pool as it's really painful. Nowhere on site to buy snacks etc. Would have been nice to be able to buy bits (crisps, drinks etc) given we had a small kitchen area in the room.

Room was great, upgraded to Phang Nga Pool Suite which had a lovely big pool. Room itself was huge and spacious, gorgeous free standing bath which was relaxing for the evening. Very clean. Staff so polite and helpful. Great location to reach Phuket Elephant Sanctuary and the rainforest in the north for hiking. Hotel offers day trips to Phuket Old Town, Big Buddha and various other options. We did 1 trip with the hotel and it was great. Huge hotel pool is lovely, as is the hotel design full of open spaces and sweeping views. Curries in the Thai restaurant on site were delicious.

That I couldn’t stay longer!

The breakfast was excellent! My only suggestion is to offer a different menu every other day! The food was so fresh and healthy and the staff was so amazing. Shout out to Folk, Dream and all of the other beautiful staff! I look forward to staying here again when I return in the future! I will be sure to recommend to all my friends and tag you all in all social media posts!
