I dont know why we have to check in before 18:00 even if we pay full price in advance. its rediculous since this hotel has 24 hrs front desk they really have to cancelled this unreasonable policy.

There is a table for the computer, but ... NO CHAIR !!! Need to move the mini table of telephone to use it as a chair ... :-/

I did not know anything about breakfast. However, what I liked most was the friendly staff. They were kind and very helpful.

Lack of response to emails etc about check in. In the end we just turned up at midnight not knowing if we had a room. All was well in the end.

It was nice place Had wifi, despite their site stating it didn't. 24 hr desk so it seems they check any time, the site says between 2 and 6 pm.

Nice spacious room. Located near Rama 9, which is a 5 minutes walk. Check in and out were efficient - polite staff. Shower nicely separated from toilet

View: i stay on the 2nd floor. Behind my room is somebody house or something. I couldn't open curtains. Toilet : its not so clean Location : Seem like location is good, but you need to walk in the alley and it s quite scary But so far, understandable... you get what you paid

Some of the front desk staff don't speak English, which created communication challenges. The batteries in the remote control for the air conditioning were almost discharged. As a result, I had to press the buttons multiple times to get a response, which was inconvenient. One of the major drawbacks was the issue with a neighboring guest who consistently smoked in his room. Despite reporting the problem multiple times, the hotel staff seemed unable to address the situation effectively. The neighbor kept smoking every morning, day, and night all his stay. The smell of smoke permeated the corridor since he opened his door when smoked, and entered my room through the door gaps, making it an uncomfortable environment. I don't like to be forced to become a passive smoker when I rest in my room. It was disappointing that the hotel's smoke sensors did not appear to be functioning, and the staff did not take action to ensure a smoke-free environment. The staff was walking around the corridor, obviously they could feel the smell in the corridor, but they didn’t react.

During my stay, the air conditioning in my room broke down. However, the hotel promptly offered me another room on the same floor where the air conditioning was working, ensuring my comfort was prioritized. The hotel's location near the MRT station was very convenient, particularly for those traveling for business in the Rama 9 area. It provided easy access to transportation. However, if you are visiting Bangkok for leisure and hoping to be close to the famous attractions, this location might not be the best choice.

Just, there is no restaurant and no breakfast in the morning and it would really be great to have this service; this while, it is very clear in hotel description that this service is not delivered. Also note that it is easy to buy foo d nearby, so it is not really a big issue to not have breakfast service.

For 10+ years, I used to come to another hotel located 50m from this one. For same price and excellent location, I got a so better value for similar price! I highgly recommend this hotel; starting now, it will become my "base camp" when coming to BKK.

the kitchenette consisted of a kettle and 2 cups! pretty useless tbh. I like to self cater occasionally, so booked this for that reason! was a little noisy from road traffic, but earplugs worked.

In the bathroom, you can see black mould. There is some local shop selling gas cylinders. Unfortunately, they start working very early morning making a lot of noice.

Although the hotel is located on some local street, which may scare some demanding travelers, it is actually only a few minutes away from a big shopping centre and a metro line. The room was very spacious and clean (some small issues you could find in a bathroom). Overall worth visiting for the price.

Toilet not soundproof. I can hear the other room flushing toilet very clearly. It was like there was a very thin wall between 2 toilets in different rooms.

Spacious living room, kitchen area, medium sized refrigerator, queen size bed, balcony. Almost everything in the property.
