A very nice property away from the bustle of the city but not far from the city centre . There is a shuttle that takes you to the night market in the evening and the staff were very helpful in getting us around .

This was an absolutely stunning hotel decorated in the traditional Thai style with so many elements of nature beautifully woven into the design. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff who were lovely throughout our stay. The layout of the hotel is open, with an indoor/outdoor space that flows well and naturally draws you from one space to the next. From the large, centrally located Buddha statue to the outdoor dining area to the pool, the space is beautiful, impressive and extremely peaceful. The gym has everything you need and I highly recommend you take advantage of the spa services. 10/10 I would absolutely return on my next trip back to Chiang Mai!

Only two bottles of water were complementary and the mini bar/chips and snack had separate fee.

The facilities are really nice and clean. Breakfast was good, there was variety. Staff was super friendly. Location was perfect, five minutes from night market, 10min from airport. I was hesitant to book because some reviews said it was too far from downtown but it really wasn’t.

We had an excellent stay at the RatiLanna , we were very fortunate that they upgraded us to a suite on arrival which was fabulous . It was decorated in a beautiful Thai style .

Renovation works happening when we were there. Not as peaceful as it could have been at the pool. Couple of issues with facilities: a) walk to the room a little depressing (dirty windows facing a depressingly looking health center); b) area in between pool and river needs a lot of work as it's non-utilised completely lacks charm Breakfast nothing to write home about. Sub-par versus other Thai hotels we've been to.

Very friendly staff; room is very good (quiet at night, great bed); nice pool, decent gym (for hotel standards).

Staff was phenomenal. I got sick while I was there and they took care of me, checking in on my condition and making sure I had everything I needed. One of the receptionists placed an order for delivery from 7-11 on her personal phone to make sure I had the supplies I needed. Professional, kind, respectful and accommodating staff, coupled with a beautiful facility and excellent air conditioning.

We have spent a few days at another hotel of similar scale. Comparing to the other hotel that charged me half the price, few things obviously needed to be improved: 1. the choices for breakfast is poor 2. English for receptionist is a bit hard to understand. 3. receptionists are not familiar with information of tourist attractions,

Classic Thailand resort, Enjoy the relaxing afternoons at the swimming pool. My husband loves the fact that they don't put chemicals in the water. Spa is good. Room is spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Just a little thing - the light switch was far too complicated!

Peaceful retreat to come back to every day. Great to escape the hassle and bussle of Chiang Mai itself, and only a 90 bhat Grab taxi from centre of town. Will definitely recommend to friends for the future.

This place is stunning, it was my partners birthday and they decorated the room beautifully with a cake. All the staff were exceptional and the hotel itself is stunning.

we got the corner room but the terrace is facing with the other rooms. lucky that no one stay in those rooms, so we still can use the terrace.

good vibes, on the riverside, quiet and peaceful. nice garden and swimming pool. the room is large with big terrace. fitness is great.
