Basic items like soap, brush and a holder for toothpaste was not provided in bathroom. Also, the bathroom was very small and there was no clear split between latrine and shower area.

The hospitality was good, and the hotel is located in a very convenient location (near to Phuket Old Town). Room was very spacious for 3 people.

The water pressure in the bathroom is too weak, the rest is okay.

Good value stay, The room is clean, just the right size for 2 or 3 guests, comfortable beds, good AC, good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful !

The bathroom is too small and completely enclosed, therefore very hot/humid. There is not division between shower and the rest of the bathroom, therefore everything gets completely wet. There is none furniture to put luggages. It is not hotel's fault, but just to consider, there are a couple of discos around and it can be heard very loud during the night.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the room is spacious and beds comfortable. The staff was also very kind.

Unfortunalty only a set breakfast was available, would habe liked some choices. Bathroom was a wet room.

Room was clean and had a huge comfortable bed! The infinity pool was amazing and had opening times until 9 pm! A splash at night is absolutely recommended.

A good reasonable price for a Phuket Town hotels where you want to stay overnight a few nights but it's it's called swimming pool inside it's going to be good

Some dirty stains on sheets, room was basic and no separation from shower to toilet so everything gets wet but really it’s fine tbh

Budget friendly accommodation. Pool was nice to cool down in. Few bean bags and loungers scattered around. Beds were comfy. Great for overnight stay. Staff were friendly . nice a quiet despite reviews saying lots of noise, I think we were lucky the night club appeared closed so we all got a good nights sleep!

There is a really loud bar over the road, you should ask for a room on the backside of the building. The ground floor toilets also had a cockroach in the urinal, and the gym is only a cycling bike and a treadmill - no equipment

The noise from across the road was a bar which played loud music until 3am made it impossible to sleep we stayed two nights and asked to move on the second to the other side, they did this for us and it was ok.

Lovely staff, comfy bed, nice pool, really chill and relaxing. cleaners were really nice I left my necklace in the room and she kept it and gave it back when I went down to the room.

It was fine. Clean enough, location was in a busy area. Ever stayed in a ibis or travel lodge? Kind of like that feeling. Pool area was small, only 2 sunbeds available and a couple of bean bags, but wasn’t warm enough for pool days anyway. They did have a small gym also which is nice. Good for short stay.

Bathroom is so small that You can sit on toilet and washing. Shower is not separated with curtains, so everything gets wet after showering, including toilet bowl. Hotel pool is small and shallow, and not made for normal swimming, but if you want to chill a little, it will work for you. Gym aren't usable, there is only 3 machines and that's all.

Bed was very comfortable. It's near old town, so You can easily walk there.

Kind of loud neighborhood

Wifi is great. Fast speed with access points spread all throughout the building. Bed is big and comfortable.

the bar next door is a little noisy at night if you’re travelling with kids or for work etc. it’s about a 15 min walk into the main area which was fine for us but maybe a little long for some. also, the river across the road smells absolutely putrid but luckily you can’t smell it from the room so that’s a plus!

the staff were friendly and accommodating, the pool area seems nice and gets all day sun. the rooms were fine and the bed was big and comfortable (and very soft for Thai standards).
