Thin walls, should bring earplugs or turn on white noise to not be disturbed. Dust on the floor and sometimes was smelly. The spoon seemed used.

Nothing really to dislike. Some things like glass partitions in the bathroom could be cleaned a bit more thorough, but it was overall clean enough.

A very nice modern hotel, the location is inside the old town near the noth gate. Large rooms, LCD tv of moderate size with only 2 english channels, one of which is a soccer channel. Good wifi, though one has to log on a few times a day.

The main light was blinking all the time( i think they already repaired it)and to be honest it was quite noisy, i didn't mind it to much but someone may have a problem with it. It's located by the street so i gues some better windows wouldn't do any harm.

I found some unknown clothes and a shopping bag inside the closet, not sure how the room service missed them. Gave a bad impression about the room cleaning service.

The location is great. The building looks a bit old but it was clean overall. Staff are nice.

Location is close to the huge Sunday market, but quite far from Nimmanhaemin area. Room was clean and spacious. We requested a room with view if possible and were given the front side of the hotel which was VERY loud since it's next to the main road with a lot of cars and motorbikes untill late. For foreigners to go around the city, you better rent a motorbike since the cost for a local bus is triple price if you are Farang (foreigner)

Very good hotel, it was situated in a great place : a night market with famous Suki on the other side of the road, a great famous jazz bar right beside etc. a lot of things were walking distance.

The bathroom has a ‘window’ that doesn’t close so it’s very hot in there.

I had a fake balcony, that couldn’t be accessed. My view was a construction place with loud sounds throughout the day. It was a comfortable stay for me, because I didn’t spend much time in my room.

Probably my own fault but I waited for a balcony room. The hotel is divided into the front section and the back section, the front having a balcony. The price of this balcony is that you are on the main road I referenced earlier and the noise from the traffic just does not stop. If I had my time again I would give the balcony (which I used once) a miss and pick a room at the back for the sake of my sleep.

The location was relatively good, within a 500m walk is a number of decent places to eat including Japanese and a fantastic Khao Soi place. If you're game to cross one of the busiest roads in Chiang Mai, there is also a place that makes ice cream rolls. The room itself and the bathroom is large and there is a desk to allow for a work space

Room light is a bit dim. Each time upon entering the room, it has an unpleasant smell but soon disappeared.

we booked a superior room, the room was spacious, clean and simple but tastefully furnished, the bathroom also excellent with a good shower, the atmosphere is calm and quiet, there is a water cooker in the room including nescafé and complimentary drinking water, we needed a taxi in the morning and the lady at the reception was very helpful and kind, she also made sure the taxi finds us, we would definitely come back here
