Breakfast should have a little more potentialities. The fitness room needs maintenance very soon (3 position defect). The hotel is far away from the center and therefore should have every 2 hours a connection with the bus.

Beach and room very good.. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant with sea view was very good with very good food and wine which was not expensive.

The location was right on the beach. Rooms were large and the balcony had a perfect view. The breakfast spread had both thai and continental options.

Would have liked a better room and view. My 6th or 7th time there and would expect a better room on level 3 with the great view considering I'm paying the same price to look at the rooftops on level 2. No customer loyalty recognition. I seem to get a worse view each time I stay there.

The water in the showers weren’t hot.

The location is slightly further away from the action than ideal, but we knew that before booking, just meant we used taxi's / songcran than expected. TV channel selection was rubbish.

The hotel is clean and modern. We booked a pool villa with sea view. Pool was lovely to cool off in & big enough for the 2 of us. The room is very spacious. Bathroom and bath we're huge. View is over looking the south end of Chaweng beach. Location is far enough away from the "party zone" (near Ark Bar), so we weren't disturbed by noise. There is often a taxi waiting out the front, making it easy to visit other places. And the songkran buses go past the hotel. The breakfast was good and had all the usual things you would expect. The rooftop bar was nice, but can get breezy. The bar underneath was nice and bar staff were great. Cocktails were good.

Outside furniture poor, chairs to perch on not relaxing. There was no privacy even though we paid extra for a garden villa with pool. We had to hang a throw to create privacy as did a number of people.

On the beach, staff were extremely attentive and the room was cleaned daily.

We were disappointed with the ocean villa we stayed in this time (right side facing ocean) compare to the one that we stayed in 3 months prior (left side facing ocean). We got charge way to much eventhough we got a discount. The room was run down. Needs renos or spruce up. The beach had lots of garbage. It's far from the Samui Centre but they had a shuttle to go to the centre at 6pm which was really nice. And Drinks are over priced!

Lack of sun shade brollies around pool and beach which meant most people were having to get up very early to reserve or you would burn to a crisp! It was noted every morning the pool boy was placing towels out for certain guests on same sunbeds which seemed very unfair! As a 4 star property could definitely have some maintenance on wear and tear but didn't spoil our holiday. Breakfast was good but bit same same... we felt very sorry for the breakfast cooks doing the omlettes it could of been so easy to give them a fan to make their job alot more comfortable!! But they still did it with smiles ..

We had a 3rd floor seaview and pool view room which was a beautiful view. Room was large and airy with good sized bathroom and spa bath. Good size pool.. Beach was the much quieter end and was beautiful for swimming but walking distance to the busier end. Staff were always happy and smiling. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and hotel offers a free shuttle bus to central shopping centre twice a day

Breakfast was a dissapointment and after two days we decided to go to the nearest cafes for the breakfast.

Beach front pool villa was nice, but you have no access to the beach. This was a fair dissappointment as the pictures told another story. Good location.

The only negative I have is that the sun loungers with umbrellas around pool got taken very early sometimes leaving either none or very little without shade available.

-I would give this hotel a 10/10 rating if not for the occasional sewage smells that come out of the drains in the bathroom- they quickly came Twice on our stay to fix but I think it needs to be seriously reexamined as this was unpleasant to smell in the entire room - not sure if it was only this villa room or if all of them had the same issue - would reserve again but definitely not this room!

-The villa room with the private infinity pool over looking the beach was an exceptional location to stay- rec to pay a bit more for these rooms -peaceful and tranquil hotel if you are not looking for night action on the end of Chewang Beach - good quality and selection of breakfasts - professional and helpful staff who printed our airline tickets & attended to our issues quickly - easy access to obtain public transport to the 3 town areas -overall, property is well maintained

After getting into our room it was so loud. Our room overlooked other for villas with pool where 2 families with loads of kids stayed. We were hoping for a romantic getaway so we asked for a room switch and the managaer wasnt of much help and just told us it will be 2 more days and then they are checking out. It turned out okay in the end aince we did not see then anymore but I think it is a lot of money being paid for the staff to say it is the only solution. Maybe they should orientate themselves as more of a couples resort since the whole place gives off this calm and relaxing vibe. Also the restaurant and bar are to exoensive in my opinion, but that is always thw case with hotels...also the jacuzzi did not work...

We loved our time here. Everything was super clean, staff was really nice, we loved the beach as well as the pool bar. Next time we would book sea view villa for sure. Everything is super clean, our roomes as well everyday. All in all loved it.
