We have stayed 3 times and we love it. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is very much a traditional Thai style with carved wood structures and lush gardens. The restaurants are excellent and there is a wide range of Thai, Japanese and western cuisines.

Not a knock - but this is truly in the middle of nowhere. It’s perfect for relaxation, but there isn’t much else to do (which was great for me)

Amazing private property with 5star accommodations. The rooms are breathtaking and the views are some of the best in the world. The staff was also great and helpful, and I enjoyed the food.

To get a couple of options for local touring to nearby islands is very difficult as there is very few agencies that organize trips. Not too much activity to do on the island.

The place is stunning. Everywhere you look, there’s something pretty to look at. We loved all the wood carving, the nature, the beach. Out of this world!

- for price with the beach o thought we can really swim and enjoy it but unfortunately there were plenty of jellyfish’s so just beautiful for the eyes

While the expansive size of the hotel offered a sense of grandeur, it also meant that walking from the beach to our room was impractical, requiring transport provided by the hotel. While waiting for transport was rarely an issue due to its availability, some guests may find this aspect of the experience inconvenient. Additionally, it's worth noting that tours organized by the hotel, such as the one to Kho Phi Phi, may be subject to cancellation if there isn't a minimum number of participants.

Located in an amazing setting, exceeded all expectations. The rooms were not only fantastic but incredibly spacious, providing a luxurious retreat. The staff were outstanding, offering impeccable service throughout our stay. The beautiful swimming pools were a highlight, perfect for relaxation. And the food? Absolutely delicious, with a never-ending array of mouthwatering options. Overall, an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend."

Not really related to the hotel, but the beach was infested with Jellyfishes... so we could not enjoy the sea...

The Thai food in the restaurant was not very authentic. The transport from the reception to the room was not very comfortable. To add to the environmental friendliness of the surroundings, Electric cars or buggies should be used instead. The staff could be trained better as most of them, especially the Thai staff, couldn’t speak English well.

Breakfast was excellent! Great variety! Lovely gardens and plant life. The view from the infinity pool was outstanding!

the air conditioning needed help. The restaurants needed more variety. They all seemed to have the same menus.

Although this is a unique hotel the messing around getting cars up and down the resort becomes a bit of a hassle. Construction taking place next to our room during the day was a bit noisy. The restaurants aren't great and that's disappointing the hotel feels a little busy and not quite as refined and personal as it could be for the price. Lots of children and bugs . The hotel overall is good but feels like the balance of luxury is off and needs looking at . Possibly too many people and not personalized l enough for the money.

We had a pool villa and it definitely did not disappoint. The room and details are very impressive and something you don't find everywhere . The views are amazing from the room .the bed was lovely and comfortable. Room service good and fast and staff polite and friendly.
