The power of the water coming from the shower wasn’t great and the toliet often struggled to flush. You are far from anything but you can rent bikes from the property which are reasonably priced.

The host was really friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable room and bathroom. Peaceful, quiet location surrounded by nature. I would recommend for those wanting to stay away from the busy, crowded areas.

This hostel is perfectly placed with a lovely beach on the opposite side of the room and their own restaurant which serves fantastic curries (which we enjoyed twice during our 3-night stay!). The staff are super lovely and were eager to offer recommendations for the island and had scooters for us to explore the whole of it.

Just note that Koh Lanta is hard to get around unless you can drive a scooter - which most people do. The cost is 250 THB per day to rent a scooter. I wish they offered some shuttle or something for a couple of destinations, like the national park and maybe an area further north. Otherwise, getting private taxis here is much too expensive for a solo traveller.

The price is good, and the beach is just across the street, including a great spot for watching the sunset. The bungalows feel relatively private and peaceful. The hosts are very nice and the food in their restaurant is reliably good!

Super cozy bungalows with own bathroom, comftable bed, fresh sheets handtowls, soap and two bottles of water every day. Cleaning as often as you wish. A nice porch with a bench, so plenty of space to chill. A small supermarket and two restaurants with good food and descent prices one restaurant run by the owner and another restaurant run by big mama in 20 meters distannce to your home. Owner was super nice to talk to and helpful in every situation.You could book trips, rent scooter and so on. A few beaches (Nui Beach) and a Beachbar next by. All in all I loved it it was super relaxing. And a personal thank you too the owner :)

There were a lot of ants in the bathroom. The doors had slits under, which allows other insects to easily crawl in the room. Overall it's a bit distant location.

The host is very friendly and helpful. There was a restaurant with reasonable prices and delicious smoothies.

Fantastic hosts, Nana in particular is so friendly and helpful, a comfortable and well equipped room, with fridge, AC, fan and great WiFi. A couple of lovely beaches nearby but would definitely recommend hiring a scooter to get around.

Very friendly family who runs the place. We stayed in the last apartment up the small hill and could watch monkeys playing around in the gum trees and palms right from our terrace. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Big Moms Kitchen Restaurant has the most friendly woman cooking the best (and cheap) food on the island! I highly recommend renting a motorbike to explore the beaches I the south of the island. You can rent motorbikes from the owner.

The bungalows are in a perfect quiet spot between two towns. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything you could need. The host tukta is amazing and couldnt be more accommodating! You can rent bikes, book tours and transfers and do washing. Highly recommend! We booked for 3 nights and ended up staying an extra week!

Hands down my favourite place to stay on lanta. From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and relaxed. The room was perfect, bigger than most I've stayed in, super clean and comfy bed and so peaceful, you can just sit and listen to the birds. The best part was definitely the amazing people working here, so friendly and helpful and put a smile on my face everyday! Restaurant serves delicious food and drinks. I was supposed to stay 1 night and ended up staying 2 weeks....definitely recommend :-)

Our stay in the Sea Sun Bungalow was excelente. The owner was very friendly, funny and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with enough space. It’s a very quiet place and not crowded. There you can rent a scooter and watch all the things you want by your own. They have also a restaurant where you can eat and drink. The food was fresh, delicious and made with love. We really enjoyed and we would choose the same place again. Thank you Tukta for our great stay with you! It was a pleasure to meet you and hope to see you again!

We stayed out of season and there was only one restaurant within walking distance but the taxis are cheap so it wasn't a problem. Frightening packs of monkeys down the road. Bring a stick and torch.

We loved our friendly, helpful host. The location is very quiet and peaceful. We upgraded our room as the basic bungalows are VERY basic and very hot however the upgraded room was fabulous, spacious with kettle fridge hot water and a lovely balcony and garden.

Our stay at Sea Sun Bungalow was great! The family who runs it is very nice, especially Tukta. She tries to help you wherever she can and gives you a welcoming feeling. The bungalows had everything you need and the location was also good. We rent a bike from Tukta and the price was also fair. All in all it was a perfect stay.

The bungalows here are of a very good value for the price. They are not right on the beach but very close, a 5 minute walk, in a nice big palm tree plot, a very quiet and natural environment. I am actually staying long term, started with the cheapest bamboo bungalow and now staying in the more expensive one but still cheap for the standard. Tukta the owner is very helpful, came to pick me up when the transport company didn´t fulfill their promise to take me all the way to the hotel, took me shopping, she is always ready to give me good advice and cares about my comfort. Thank you very much, Tukta!

I was so happy to have booked this room in paradise. I came here to enjoy some quiet island-time after spending a lot of time in cities surrounded by a lot of people. So I was looking for sth private in nature, close to the beach. When I arrived here I immediately felt comfortable. I had only booked one night in the beginning but ended up staying nine nights. In low season there is no restaurant close but Tukta - the owner - offered convenient solutions. In general if I had any request she replied immediately and was very supportive. On my first night arriving she took me to a nearby restaurant and another night we went to a beach to watch sunset. As I was traveling alone she really looked after me when she had some time. It was super clean and nice. I could rent a scooter when I wanted to. Otherwise two beaches are walking-distance away. I would definitely recommend staying here. Friendly people, good location, clean and beautiful rooms!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful bungalow. It was very clean, peaceful, the bed was super comfy, the food in the restaurant on site was delicious and the host was just amazing. She took such good care of us and treated us like family. We were able to rent the scooter from her and explore the whole island. Incredible experience all together, we're so happy that we stayed here and would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
