Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Despite all the good things, I thought it could have been more warm and homey. I was comparing it to my experience in other hotels of the same caliber.
You can imagine convenience in every possible way. From the rooms to the amenities to the free transport service around Siam square.

The property is a best choice for families with the location attached to the mall as well as the kids club available at the hotel, their breakfast was amazing.

We stayed in this marvellous property second time in last 4 months and no hesitation to say that it didn't disapoint us again . Start at reception Ms Chananan is exceptional at her work . We knew her since our last visit . She is very attentive , caring and keep records of minute details of each customer's requirements . Other staff at reception Ms Nidtakan was also helpful . Worth mentioning of team Red , particularly Ms Nattakarn , Ms Minthiya , Ms Cherry , Gents in Red Mr Fam , who were part of a dedicated , hard working , omni present and ever smiling team . Breakfast at Niche and Addison were mouth watering and upto perfection . Mr Krit , Ms Somporn , Ms kanoknan , Mr Thotsaporn were champion of Niche . Mr Farhan ,Guard , was well mannered and courteous. Nonetheless Worth mentioning Ms Peary at 1897 cigar lounge , who was dextrous at her job , knew requirements of clients and very dedicated to dispense it . Besides Great and amazing staff , prime location and quality of services are strength of this hotel . I definitely recommend this hotel , will surely come back and give them exceptional rating which they rightfully deserve .

Great location. Very nice rooms, and attached to the Mall for shopping and other eating options. Pool is a calm oasis in the middle of the action in Bangkok. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Huge variety of options at breakfast. Thank you.

What a stunning hotel. The flowers!! Everything went well from Check in, room service, pool side service, breakfast and bar service. The location next to Siam Paragon for food and shopping was excellent. The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Loved the free mini bar, coffee machine and snacks.

Champagne is overpriced.
Feels like a resort in the middle of a busy city. Great interior design, great service, great breakfasts. My number 1 choice in Bangkok.

Breakfast could be better, but still everything was delicious.

There is nothing not to love about this place
This hotel has everything you could want. Amazing food and restaurants. Spa, pools, massage, views, spectacularly beautiful building. Staff are so friendly and helpful. There is an incredible shopping center and market right downstairs, with direct private access from the hotel. While maybe not a traditional Thai experience, we incorporated this stay into our trip to have a few days of luxury before heading out of the cities, and was absolutely amazing.

Breakfast was outstanding, Personnel was friendly. They prepared an amazing birthday arrangement for my partner. There was a good coffee machine in the room. Very very good wellness massages. Also it is close to the BTS and a nice shopping center. The club benefits are also good value for money

Nothing to really complain about. Just saying: The interieur of the hose like room was kind too 'modern' for me. Especially the light control was a mess. What is the problem with normal switches? Even with all lights on, it was not really bright. The aircondition worked, even with temperature selected (others can only On and Off...). But the room was some kind of smelling and it was a feeling of a humid climate. I think, we had an executive room, but I did not order executive style.
The architecture in the Foyer and halls is overwhelming. Staff really kind and declared everything. Checkin and checkout without problems and fast. Very professional. The location is top and that's why I choosed it. No traffic problems. Breakfast was very good, but some other locations can do it better: Fresh bread, better sausages etc.

Swimming pool. But that does not bother me anyway.
The service still feels like how hotel shld be. A lot of 5 star rated hotels now provide minimal service to cut costs. Kempinski still makes u feel special

leaving, I will stay they again and stay longer than a few days
from the moment you wall into the Kempinski, nothing was to mush, the greeting at reception to walking you too you're suite, entire service order parts for use in a hotel was outstanding at breakfast I asked if they had Banana and pineapple smoothie and got a reply we don't have but if you domino mind waiting a few minutes will will make you one. the pool attendance are permanently making sure you have plenty of fresh water to drink, the management of the hotel should be please, as we felt this service was throughout the hotel.
