Short walk to good restaurants, night market, amusement. Quiet place. Room was bigger than estimated.

Although a washer and dryer are available, the washer needs attention as the rinse cycle leaves too much water in the clothes. This led to a longer time to dry.

Toast, jam, juice and coffee were offered in the lobby area. Basic, but starts the day. Additionally, I liked that I could bring my own coffee, a French coffee press to make coffee in the unit.

The walls are Thin!!!! You can hear everything surrounding you. I mean everything.

The apartment is showing its age, the dining table was broken and not stable. There was not a lot of kitchen equipment to use, so for self-catering you are limited to only a few utensils and mugs. The aircon was very loud as well, especially in the main bedroom.

The location is what sold this place for us. It is very central in the Silom district. It was easy to access and the security was good. The space was a little smaller than what the photos show, but still nice to have a lounge area

Quite hard to find and a bit out the way, you get what you get for the price but it’s not the best location. Free breakfast is quite light, just toast and random spread, and some juice

I got a room even without a table lamp,and the kitchen looks not so clean.The water hitting machine works not so good,sometimes cold sometimes hot,after I asked they told me I can only open a little cold water,but still the water sometimes got cold.

It is very quiet place and not far from the BTS or night market.i like the location.

Aircon in the small room leaks like waterfall. I informed the reception twice to the staff on duty at 7 am & then the staff who took over . On last night , the aircon still leaks as result I had to switch off & I couldn’t sleep.

Airconditioning was a little loud, even on low, and blows directly on the bed. Hot water was hard to regulate at a constant temperature.

Very large room with seperate seating area and kitchen facilities. There is also a large 2 door wardrobe for putting your clothes away. This would have been an apartment complex before converting to a hotel. Good location and only a few minutes walk to Silom Road and Lumpini Park.

Hot water in bathroom is difficult to use.

Very quiet place for resting inside the crowded area (suitable for elderly people). Reasonable price compared to other accomodations. Quite close to both BTS Chong Nonsi and Sala Daeng, which is convenient for traveling in Bangkok.

The staff weren't as welcoming as the times we have stayed before. This is our second time staying here, and we really liked it our first time. It was sad because we really like the staff and the rooms.

The breakfast was a surprised. We weren't expecting a small continental breakfast. The location is nice because it is near the sky train and there are street food venders on the way there, even a 7 Eleven.

I find the room clean it like same the toilette with all amenity working. Smart TV with many choice of channel for intertainment. A/C work good. I reached the hotel on foot, so I use underground MRT and stopped at Silom exit 2, and I walking until Convent rd. turn left and after 400 mt. turn right in soi Piphat 2 and finally walking for another 400 mt. There is a Complementary light breakfast from 8am - 10 am.

No secure safety box in the room nor anything available at reception - this is my biggest complaint and frustration! They provide a light breakfast bar - bread, toast, jam, tea and coffee. Although simple, however the reception staff were not very attentive to it (on one or two occasions - the reception staff was busy looking at their iPhone instead 🤦🏻). For the two occasions I stayed there (total of 7 days), I often had to ask for bread (none left), butter, or for more water for the hot water pot etc. My room hadn’t been cleaned before my last night there.

A nicely presented property with nice clean rooms 😁. Great central location - close to Chong Nonsi BTS Syktrain station, and good proximity to Silom / Sala Daeng stn. It was quiet, although had TV noise coming through the walls from the next room x 2 nights 😩. And it was priced at my budget level 👍. I was satisfied with it and liked staying there.
