Location was great, breakfast was delicious and the room was large and comfortable. Pool was really refreshing and the air-conditioning was most welcome! Special mention to the staff who were all very friendly and helpful, in particular Prissy who really went above and beyond to help make our stay in Bangkok more pleasant and helped with sorting out travel around the city.

They upgraded me to a suite which was such a nice surprise! The bed and room was so comfortable, the pool area is lovely and the room service was delicious. They made me a packed breakfast to take to the airport as I was leaving early. Would definitely stay again!

The room was spacious, it was lovely to have the extra space of the additional lounge space, rare in a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and all the usual amenities were of a high standard.

That its hotel lobby is not located on the ground floor and inconspicuous. Does not make it feel like a grand 5 style hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that the pool area wasn’t utilized more .. with music outside … they had a happy hour but it wasn’t very happy …

Loved the breakfast location as well as the menu. The scenery in the morning beside their infinity pool was a perfect way to start each day. The duplex suite we got was amazing. All the staff were all so energetic, positive and always helpful. Definitely one of our most favourite places to stay at. Looking forward to visit here again.

the beds were so comfortable and the AC can get really cold (down to 18C) which I really liked and improved my sleep. the room was spacious and beautiful. it had a big tub in the master bedroom. everyday when we came back there was a plate of fruits awaiting us with freshly clean room. the breakfast had a good variety and changes the dishes everyday so you wont feel bored of the same food. As good as the hotel facilities was, the staff were the best thing about the hotel. they were very helpful and kind.

Fantastic, modern, nicely decorated room, it had everything you could expect in a 5 star hotel, very comfortable large bad, big nice bathroom, kichenette and living roomspace. Amazing, extra helpful staff. Deliciuos breakfast. And the pool with a view was a cherry on the top :)
