The hotel didnt look like a 5 star hotel. The bed matress was an old spring model instead of a pure foam. The aircon was not cold and the supplies (shampoo and bodywash) were not for 2 persons staying in the room in which I had to call to replenish. The housekeeping people at the isle were snobbers and the elevator was a little difficult to use. I also do think that the lightning along the isles need to improve as it gives a dark aura and it feels so alone and sad. Thanks!

Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel is accessible to most attractions.

I didn’t like how think the walls were and the rooms were connected by doors. People would come in late and be shouting and making a ruckus and you could hear it as if they were in your room. The staff handled it but we barely got any sleep.

The look of the property was beautiful, the staff were nice and the overall feel of the hotel was nice.

there is no tooth brush and tooth paste kit in the room. The room service menu not available in the room. you must take a picture by mobile from the only copy available with the resraurant.

The bathroom was a bit dated, not matching the rest of the room and the placement of the pool meant it didn’t get any sun.

The location is great and the pool is lovely although doesn’t get much sun. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy.

The bathrooms were in need of some investment, the whole set-up looks like it has been the same since the 80s or 90s (whenever the building was built) even just new grout round the tiles would make it seem less old and for lack of a better word run down. The location is ok, but if you don’t enjoy walking and dealing with crazy traffic then you’re gonna be forking out more on Taxis etc. But if you use Grab app in Bangkok then Taxi travel is not to expensive anyway.

It was cleaned well, the price was great, the beds were comfortable (if your a person who likes firm beds, most beds in Thailand are fairly firm. The staff seemed nice. We only stayed for 1 day as a layover which makes it hard to give a full and true statement about the entire hotel as a whole (spa area, restaurants, pools, trip organisation etc)

The welcome on the first day was bad, the reception was not polite, they explained how to get to the room at the reception, the staff did not accompany me and introduce the room, I was asked for a deposit.

Rooms are not sound proof and you will be disturbed during the early morning due to outside sounds of room cleanings, door closures and what not. Toilets are also kind of old and not very clean. Water pressure is also very low. The biggest downfall is the location where there are no BTS stations or bus stops nearby and you will have to either take a tuk-tuk or a taxi to get around the city.

Room looks quite old. The shower head also old and look like they never clean it. The room isn’t soundproof so you will hear the noise for the whole night because a lot of tourists stay in this hotel and came back from a trip at night time.

Smell the stench of the cigarettes from inside the lifts and all across the corridor that’s even before we entered our room.

Huge rooms, very good facilities and very well attendant by the staff. We were 5 guests and all had good experience. The location was great and overall wonderful stay.

They are not giving permission to women's swim in the swimming pool without bikini which is very bad as I am Muslim. For that my wife can't swim.

Bathroom shower tap didn't work properly & need to repair or replace.

Room and breakfast are good. But they can improve the varieties of the Buffet Breakfast. Had a good swimming pool and sauna & steam facilities free of charge.

Staffs behavior was bit cold and not very welcoming. I requested for a room with one large bed on the website but they provided me with room with twin beds. Furthermore i had requested for a change in room and they told me to knock next day and was bit cold on my request. Also, their room corridor has a very discomforting damp smell due to lack of proper air vents and lights which they shall take care of.

The location is a bit far from the center, not many things to do near Hotel. But if you’re here to rest and not traveling too much, that’s a great place for you
