While the room was clean and provided everything one basically needs, it definitely needed a refresh. The pictures presented on Booking make it look far more kept up and 'fancy' than it is.

This hotel is located right on the beach and all of the rooms have beautiful views. Air con and wifi worked well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff is very nice and tries to help as much as they can with bookings for activities etc.

The noise from the restaurant downstairs might bother some, however it did not bother us :)

We checked in late (10pm) due to our flight however the staff stayed and made sure our taxi made it to the right place. We got the corner room overlooking the entire beach and restaurant downstairs, it was the best room in my opinion. The location was amazing. You could see our room from anywhere along the beach we came and went as we pleased. We would swim out the front of our accommodation in the Arvo. Balcony has a beach side view where we spent most of our time. So close to beach cafes. . Room was clean, aircon was good. Had a mini fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and lent us an adapter and then let us keep it for our future travels. Check out was late at 12 which we loved. Everything about this place we loved, we would 100% recommend and come back!

Everything...the furniture, the bathroom, the bedsheets has seen better times. It was clean, though.

Nice little hotel in a perfect location. Right at the beach with every room's balcony facing the sea and still super close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly staff.

The bathroom was smaller than expected.

The air conditioning unit was super quiet and effective. Housekeeping of the room was first class. The big bed was super comfortable. The patio glass doors overlooking the beach were divine.

Hotel has great location. The quality is adequate. Its not the highest qulity room i have been to, but its enough. It has balcony where you can spent some time watching the see. Its really nice.

A little tired, and small bathroom.

Main benefit is position, just to the left of the bay, away from the the main drag, but easily accessible. Right on the beach with great views. Restaurant was great, although not open in the morning (great breakfast next door). Very friendly and helpful staff.

The outside and around the hotel need some care. It is a bit noisy because this is where they launch and take the boats and seadoos out in the mornings and at night.

The location and good value for the money. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable.

minor issues to note: bathroom ventilation hole had no net, so mosquitos could come in, unless you leave the fan on. lights are all on 1 switch, so no way to have bedside lights only.

Terrace, location and room design were nice. a small family restaurant with great food just 2 houses down the path. recommend it a lot!

The front sunbed area was very scruffy and the bar was not open. It's a shame because it lets down what is otherwise a super spot. The bar next door however, had a great happy hour so that was good.

The location was great, the room was lovely, spacious and a nice balcony overlooking the beach. Big towels for the beach also provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful too

The area directly infront of the property could be tidied up a bit but this is common property and not part of Thai Kamala Beach Front. Vegetation grows prolifically in this part of the world so.it could be easier to use stones / sand features in the garden area to make the area more usable. There is a wooden deck structure with beach lounger chairs there and I think this area has potential.

Kamala is just beautiful, love the depth of all it offers without the atmosphere of Patong.  Our stay at Thai Kamala Beach Front was really all we had hoped for.  This is Asia and the property is a three star so manage expectations accordingly. Positioned on the beach,  each ensuite room has a balcony with two comfy chairs - perfect view to wake up to or just relax and listen to the waves as you watch the world go by. The room is simple but has all you need including kettle. fridge. hairdryer etc. We just bought some biodegradeable mugs and teaspoons. I think the kettle is probably there more for noodle making then coffee however there were glasses etc. A nice touch was the clothes drying rack on the balcony which was great for wet cossies etc Each of the people we encountered were incredibly friendly, helpful, and a delight every time you saw them. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and our stay special. The rooms were cleaned, bedding and towels replenished often during our 2 week stay. Although breakfast is not an option here there are so many really good food spots in the vicinity it was lovely to try different options.

Great location.Short stroll down the beach to best swimming,bit too shallow directly Infront of hotel,but 2 min walk down the sand to good swimming.Nice layed back beach,plenty of food options and shopping..Not the retrace of Patong,but that's a cheap tuk tuk ride away. Good priced food,local supermarket,beach massages and weed shops. Big local nite market on Friday and Monday.
