Rooms were a little tired but still comfortable.

Quiet location but very close to the Historical Park. Comfortable room and bed Strong Thai style which we really liked. It made a change from staying in a more contemporary hotel. Really helpful staff. Good choice for breakfast at a reasonable cost. Would return.

We also booked a family connecting suite consisting of two rooms. These rooms seemed a little tired and lacked the same level of entertainment options as the other room. they also seemed to get less natural light. On our arrival, one of the beds had sheets that were damp and needed to be replaced immediately. There was also a problem with one of the bathtubs in these rooms not filling properly.

The manager was very friendly and helpful. It was an extremely busy time in Sukhothai because it was the same weekend as the Sukhothai marathon however, whenever we needed something fixed, staff responded promptly. The grand Deluxe Room was beautifully laid out with a nice view of the pond. Very well located near the historic park and restaurants.

Room wasn’t very clean. Was about a 6 out of 10 for cleanliness.

Nice pool, large room, free bikes, and the staff there —Mr. Wattana — was a proactive, kind and helpful resource for everything. Location was just a quick 2 min bike ride from the park and the stretch of restaurants on the way.

Very friendly staff, great service. Nice rooms and a very good swimming pool. Staff arranged a really good van with a nice driver for our trip to Chiang Mai. In a nutshell: we had a lovely stay.

The breakfast was just serviceable and there was no cereal or muesli, etc on offer.

A wonderful setting and hotel decor. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was close to the beautiful old city if you planned on visiting. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

2x during a thunderstorm electricity in the entire city went out, once for 10min and second time for 2hrs. Not sure it would be fair to blame the hotel for this as whole neighborhood went dark.

the location of this hotel 5 min bicycle ride to the historic park was superb. A very good restaurant with an air-conditioned area is right at the corner of the street less than 2 min walk away. pool was nice and clean. The owner and all staff were extremely nice and helpful. Room good size and bathroom good size as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to Sukhothai historical center. Hotel has some bikes to be used, very convenient to go around. Cozy ambient and nice swimming pool. Breakfast was also very good.

bed got bugbite need improvment. Mosquito too many need to do something about them.

Room size is large bed has a bug bite, breakfast was standard toward good as they include local food rarely find in the city. Pool look nice but did not use it.
