Nothing major, it was only the safe which was not working but when we reported it to the receptionist, they fixed it right away.

The hotel is really amazing. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It is equipped with a balcony and also an area where to hang your wet clothes to dry. The wifi is fast too. The staff are very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast is also delicious with a mix of Thai and International cuisines. The location is a 5minute walk to Patong beach and 10-15 walk to Bangla Walking street. There is a tour office next to the reception of the hotel so booking your tours are easy. Just next to the hotel is a money exchange office and a laundry shop so it is very convenient to have your money exchanged and laundry to be done. Restaurants and bars are also few meters away. Overall, it was an amazing stay and we will definitely book Nap Patong again when we come back to Phuket.

Best hotel we found in Phuket till now (was our 5.th holiday in Phuket). A few minutes walking to the beach. Everyday cleaning service, quiet rooms, nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is fabulous, a lot of options, including for vegetarians.

Ideal location near to all amenities and not far away from the nightlife such like bangla road about 10 minutes walk away. An excellent hotel situated in a very quiet part of Patong would recommend to anyone as we would most definitely go back to this hotel if we travel to Thialand again.

Great location! Not noisy lovely and clean, staff were brilliant :) Lovely big pool + drinks deals. Food was spot on with an amazing breakfast buffet. Spa had a buy one get one free deal, which I took up and was very happy with my massage treatments. Couldn’t recommend more.

The room was dark. It could definitely use brighter lights. Also, the air conditioning was too loud and there was no remote. We had to get up from bed in the middle of the night to adjust it.

Fact that hotel is on two blocks, and it was not clear that second block has no view on pool. Day light was so dim and needed lamps even during the day.
