Was looking forward to swimming pool but water looked a bit murky, although there were a couple of people in it.

Rooms were quite spacious, and breakfast was nice. Good shower. Excellent value.

We went to Chiang Mai for Sonkran. The hotel was close enough to the old town and festivities. The hotel staff is kind and accommodating.

Very spacious room with modern bathroom, with everything you need. We loved the funky kettle that kept the water hot! The daily turndown was always 10/10 with fresh toilet roll and water bottles being supplied. The gym was great and we had all we need for a great workout & the pool was a fabulous addition. Shout out to the reception staff, always smiley and happy to help - you are able to book a variety of tours through them too which is very handy. The surrounding area is safe, and offers a variety of markets, authentic restaurants and fun bars.

The staff were excellent. They even accommodated us when we had a trip booked for early in the morning. They had our breakfast ready to take away. Room is very spacious. We just loved the surroundings.

we stayed two times one night since we went on a trekking tour and didnt want to fly in the same day. the first room was ok: clean, aircon working etc. the second room smelled a bit weird and the aircon didnt work properly (very loud and not so much cooling). also the pool didn‘t seem too clear the first day we arrived. after coming back a couple of days later, they seemed to have cleaned it.

both of us got a bed to ourself :) close by there are some nice restaurants and coffee places.

The toilet & shower area needed to be cleaned more thoroughly.

We chose this accommodation due to the price, description & photograph, it turned out a good choice. Although away from the old town it was situated in a lively area with local restaurants & other facilities such as laundrette within walking distance. Taxis & pickups for day trips were easily available from the hotel & all the staff were very helpful.

Even if we paid for a room with balcony since we are smokers, it was not allowed to smoke in the balcony, which did not make any sense for me. Had I known, I would have paid a cheaper one without terrace.

The room was very spacious and bright. It is amazing to have the pool just when you come back from a hot sightseeing day and the breakfast was very good, which can also be taken away for trips like we did a couple times.

The aircon was very noisy and it was almost impossible to sleep. Our room window had two aircon devices attached and no balcony so we left the location incredibly tired due to the lack of sleep

The room was big and nice, the pool is fantastic and clean. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They helped us book a lot of things, they deserve their tips and I highly recommend you tip them. The breakfast is mostly european style with a choice of scrambled eggs, granola and yogurt, fresh fruits and sandwiches. Only one type of meal can be selected from the menu. We used Bolt to get around and it was very cheap due to the hotel's proximity to the old town

We love the out of city location as it’s near great local food market. We also love the large balcony of our chosen room. The staff speak good English and are always helpful. The hotel has a lovely relaxed feel.

Aged furniture. Daily towel exchange against the guest's wish. Mattress was uncomfortable. As mentioned by other guest the pool is so freezing cold.

Too far from the old town to walk comfortably. The Pool was ok but too cold, not as nice as the pictures.

The staff was super friendly and fluent in English, we booked several tours with their help and they were all arranged perfectly. Also nice big room and a beautiful rooftop lounge area.

-the mattress was way too soft, couldn’t sleep properly -air con soo loud and kept me up 2 nights (Maybe only in our room)

Location is really good, calm neighborhood. The hotel is really taking care of the garden, plants, trees, etc. Nice clean refreshing pool! Breakfast was nice, just the right amount and options to start the day. Staff is very helpful and attentive.
