The spa was good but could have been better, especially for the price.

The resort welcomes you with a smile from check-in and throughout your stay. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious. The staff of Garraya is the differentiator; tough, it feels like everyone makes an effort to know you and cater to your needs. The gym is very well equipped and the resort makes for a good self driven wellness retreat.

One of the morning buggy guy can drive a bit fast and doesn’t seem to be all happy sometimes, but not a big issue if you have no kids.

Super close to the airport, the property is small but generally kept well considering how old it is. Room is clean but be aware of ants, lots of them. I didn’t notice the room has staircases when I booked it and I can see theres no way to put up baby fence, so be aware of that upon booking if you are like me traveling with small children. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating - Pu from breakfast fruit stand is super nice, my kids always enjoy saying hello to her in the morning, Phi(I think) from the beach Bar is very good and kind with kids too, and Bella from kids club is absolutely amazing, the kids club itself is tiny and not so well equipped but Bella is the game changer, you can tell she genuinely cares about the little ones and my kids adore her!

This is a boutique hotel located in paradise, nestled among jungle vegetation, with its own private beach in a bay inlet. Our room was very spacious with its private bath in the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The staff were so friendly, and catered to our every request,when needed we could order a golf buggy to collect us from our room to the breakfast dining restaurant. It always arrived promptly.I cannot fault the impeccable service of this hotel, all was smooth, unhurried, the beach staff spoiled us, bringing chilled water frequently and arranging the towels on the sun loungers. We ordered a couple package Thai massage on a beach deck near the shore. Out of this world, romantic getaway and also catered for families and children. One of the most enjoyable pampering hotels we have stayed in and we would recommend this hotel to our family and friends hands down o

The staff, facilities, warm welcome was amazing! I absolutely loved to stay here. My room was always cleaned (housekeeping did an amazing job, they would even come in the afternoon for a second time if my room is free) and they would leave Thai gifts every afternoon. There are al sort of events & activities on the beach- the Sax player one night was my favourite! I booked all of my tours, scuba diving and elephant sanctuary at the front desk, the lady was very happy to explain and organise everything. Had a message there, was incredible! I wish i could write all about how wonderful this resort is, but that would take all day. So I’ll just say this, it’s the most spectacular and special place I’ve ever stayed at. Worth every penny. Yes there are hills and stairs, but the staff is so attentive you can just call and get a cart. I mostly preferred walking because the place is beautiful to explore. Just wanted to thank Thunder and Da at reception they were very welcoming and always so attentive. Koakiki at the breakfast restaurant, her smile and kindness was a great way to start the day. Su from the beach restaurant is amazing at here Job and so kind to all the new staff working there. Even the security guard at the reception, New, was the friendliest person I’ve met. I cannot wait to go and visit again. If you don’t know where to stay (cause there are so many options in Koh Samui, this is the one!)

The private beach is not sandy, which might suit some. Breakfast healthy options couldve been better. All of the restaurants and other places on the island are quite far and require taxis. The hotel offers one shuttle per day

Well, have to be honest, so here is the list of cons. Bedsheets and towels smell terrible, I totally understand and the climate is humid, but hotels deal with this problem somehow. Breakfast was ok, variety of fruits impressive, but compare to other 5 star hotels seemed a bit poor.

Stuff is very very friendly, polite and helpful, territory well taken care of and has it’s unique appearance, privacy of property and especially beach one of the advantages. Fish and tales restaurant at the beach is really good, no need to leave property for a lunch time, since kitchen is good and prices ok.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was exquisite!

The breakfast was cooked to order and was delicious. The fruit station was to die for. Most of the pastries were home made. The service was friendly and welcoming. The pool is amazing. Not too many kids around so it was super relaxing. The beach was world class and we come from Margaret River.

It is built on a hillside and there are stairs to everything. The cement around the pool needs repair.

Honeymoon stay and wow what can I say, this resort has been the best place I've ever stayed. The resort staff went beyond to make our stay special! The attention to detail is outstanding. The resort is beautiful, the food is spectacular and the resort staff were exceptional at every job! The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned every day. I will be recommending everyone to stay here at least once!!
