Half of the lounges around the pool were broken. No umbrellas and the shower/toilets weren’t very nice in the pool area.

The bed and sheets were perfect. Nice lobby. The pool. A Lotus across the road and Central plaza a short Grab drive away.

Parts of the hotel look a bit dated. Breakfast buffet could have some improvement ie food temperature, hot food should be kept hot and cold food should be kept cold.

Centrally located on the Main Street of the city. Good and comfortable beds. Lobby looks great. Karaoke at night is a bit of fun.

This is a good place to stay if you're looking for an old hotel famous for its reputations over the years. However, I wouldn't recommend this if you are a tech person and had many devices to recharge during the night. Since the building and the facilities were built dacades ago, the number of power outlets available in the room may not suit your needs. Please also note that the facilites were designed with an Asian person's height, so you may have to bend your knees when passing through the door or trying to use the shower. The location of the hotel may also be hard to get to if you do not drive or have a private vehicle. ** Also, if you want to use the hotel's spa / massage service, be sure to book and tell them your room number in advance. You may lose your booking if someone take advantage of that confusion since some services only had one therapist. **

The hotel itself was very spacious. The staff were quick to attend the guests and had a very accommodating attitude. We booked a junior suite and requested an extra bed since we went as a family and got the room on the 11th floor. The room was big with plenty of space as expected from any suite room. Facility-wise, the room was very well-prepared. they even had an extra set of towel and toiletries ready in the room even the extra bed was brought in after paying at the reception when checked in. If you're short on travelling supplies, there is also a department store (Lotus, to be exact) located right across the hotel.

Perhaps an extra pillow would be good however i did not ask for one . It really is hard to criticise this place . I had three short stays in a month and each stay was of similar quality

Location was very good and breakfast was excellent . A very big selection of food including continental and open for 3 hours . staff were top class and there is music and entertainment each night if you wish. The gym and swimming pool were excellent . Room very big and clean.

music from night disco/live groups can travel up to some of the rooms on the front of the hotel but not a big problem, does not go on too late and not too loud.

Terrific hotel, staff are always pleasant and smiling, nothing too much trouble. Always stay here when coming to Nakhon. very large choice of item for breakfast.well done.
