extremely unreliable buggy service. They definitely need more people and/or buggies. This could be frustrating at times

Beautiful views of the bay especially if the room is a bit high on the hill. Overall facilities are good. The kids club is a great place for the kids to enjoy and mingle with other kids staying in the hotel. Food-wise: good vegetarian food options, multiple restaurants, great breakfast

Staff is slow to respond generally, especially in restaurants. One major turn off was the stink smell on the clean plates and glasses at breakfast. Egg-like smell which we complained about every morning.

Loved the resort as a whole. Very relaxing and great for families.

The location felt remote, but that’s just my personal preference. Public areas look a bit dull.

The view is amazing. Perfect for sunset. The staff are exceptional so helpful and friendly. Rooms were very comfortable, but a bit lacking in design.

Checking in took too long. We asked for rooms (3 rooms) close to each other but end up in different buildings since they said never got any message from booking.com. The hotel is up on the cliff so accessibility to the beach isn't that easy.

Breakfast, lots of choices. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size but quite dated. Gym was nice with good view.

Sometimes Golf carts take long time to get to you (and you need them to move basically anywhere inside the facility). Also, no shade in the parking lot.

Food. The only thing that was below par was the food. Ordered in room dining and it was just below average. Was very disappointed at the taste of food.

Beautifully located right at the beach. Huge property to spend time at. Everything was great. Staff, hospitality, views, room.has access to beach which is used only by hotel guests. Have hotel lounge chairs and beds on beach to spend time at. Hotel provides surf boards too.

More accurate pictures and description/advertising. The gym is lacking proper equipment.

The resort is now showing its age. Location is average as if you want to explore the local area there is really nothing there. Have to take a hotel shuttle to Phuket Old Town for alternative restaurants and shopping. The Beach is mud not white sand and the water is murky not crystal blue

we had a room right at the top - needed a golf buggy every time we wanted to go back to the room prices for food and drinks were high no real bar to socialise in not easy to get info on tours

My room air conditioner was broken. It took them 2 hours to send someone to fix in the afternoon. Then during the evening it broke down again, then it took them another hour to decide to change a room for me. I did get an upgrade in the end but the entire experience was really unpleasant.

The view is really fantastic, the room is also comfortable and size is good. The restaurant in the hotel is also nice. An additional bonus is the hotel is quite close to the port leaving to other islands.
