Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IndiaBreakfast was not provided to me. I wish they are able to provide it in future and also offer veg/jain options.
I had chose this hotel as its walking distance to an indian restaurants called SARAS which serves jain food. the hotel is still under renovation but it didn't bother me as during the day I was out of the hotel. the rooms are being renovated and facilities are being improved. It's in a lane which connects you to the main road which has plenty of five star hotels and shopping malls.

PortugalThe room ventilation was off or very weak, so there was a bit of an dank odour from my stuff over a couple of days.
The coffee machine was very handy because it made an instant Starbucks americano and espresso using pods, and the clock was useful. There's a laundry cart right outside the hotel and two 711s on either end of the street. My second stay here, so I was happy to see the improvements. The MRT is a bit off by about 10 mins on either side of the main road. Conventional breakfasts are available but there are plenty of outstanding alternatives at Terminal 21. Plenty of entertainment on the weekends on the main road. About 10 minutes away on foot.

IndiaWhy are there sinks in the rooms instead of in the bathroom. Very strange and did not like this aspect. Intercoms didn't work due to renovation. Internet issues due to renovation. Airconditioning issues. Had to change rooms. Overall good but the hotel need to fix the above issues inspite of the renovation.
Renovated rooms are better. Coffee machines in rooms is a nice touch and a cafe in the lobby though very expensive. Good location and close to BTS and malls, restaurants.

TaiwanDue to the construction, the reception is a little awkward. It’s in one of the rooms that they changed into an office and the door is always closed. As a solo travelling female, this was a little uncomfortable. The door was locked when I tried to check out, too so I had to wait in the hallway for the receptionist to wake up.
They warned beforehand about the construction that’s going on in the building.

United KingdomI made two separate stays in the same week, and the first room (second floor) was a bit worn, but the second room (third floor) was much better. Generally the place could do with a bit of a spruce up. The rooms require a bulky, physical key to manually lock and unlock the doors.
Awesome location for access to restaurants and bars in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a decent size, with everything you might need. Was significantly cheaper than many other hotels in the area at the time. For this value, I would consider staying again.

IndiaA nice and quiet property. The rooms are big enough, with exceptional noise cancellation. There is a 24 hr desk too. The location is very close to Asok, so you can walk to most attractions and it was also easy to catch a bus there.

South Koreafor breakfast lovers, they don't have breakfast service, otherwise nothing to be worry about this hotel.
location was the best, very quiet location but close to everything, 7-11, restaurants, cafes, and a few good massages around. it has 24hrs reception and the staffs are attentive and nice! the room is spacious enough for 2 people, please note that some rooms show a picture of a window but it actually has no window, but it wasn't an issue for me! this hotel would be my go-to hotel whenever I visit Bangkok.

IrelandNothing really - doesn't look quite as good in real life as the photos, but not really a complaint!
Location is very good, just off the Sukhumvit Rd and pleasant 10-15 min walk from skytrain (Asok) and metro (Sukhumvit). Very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious & clean and cleaning staff are on the ball as soon as you leave the room. Area is also reasonably quiet - usual tuk-tuks, etc. but no loud bars nearby. Free water bottles every day. Good street food outside - not aimed at tourists, it's mostly locals eating there - 50 baht for pork & noodles! 24 hr 7-11, proper Thai massage (not the funny kind), excellent western breakfast place (Breakfast Story), even a cheap souvenir shop for t-shirts all within 2 mins of hotel. No in-house restaurant or cafe, but not really needed as tea/coffee provided in rooms, fridge in room and everything close by. Highly recommend - I'd go back!

NorwayThe hotel room could have been cleaner, especially in the bathroom. There's a lot of traffic close to the hotel, meaning that Taxi's and Tuk-tuk's take too long, and you're often better off taking the train (or walking if it's less than 30min away). Motorcycles work great though! If you are going to the airport close to rush hour, you should estimate around 1hr to the BKK airport (even if google maps says 30min).
The hotel is located very nicely in central Bangkok. 700m from the closest BTS Skytrain station (BTS Asok Station) and 800m from the closest MRT station (Sukhumvit station). The staff is very helpful and kind and provided us with an early check-in and safe luggage storage while we ate delicious streetfood just outside the hotel. The bed was very comfy, and the rooms were large and pretty. All of this for a very affordable price!
