Very good location in the middle of the old city. You could walk to everything. The pool was good and refreshing.The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Superb location, excellent and beautiful property, even though it was located behind a busy street, it felt like we were in a secluded sanctuary. Chiang Mai is great, will come back here again

The location of this property is brilliant! Walking distance to lots of shops, temples and food establishments. Felt completely safe walking around as a solo female traveller because there were people around the streets on an evening in particular. Pool was a lovely treat and also I had a pool view which was lovely and a balcony. Breakfast was nice and plenty of options. Staff lovely too.

Steps away from bars, restaurants and shopping, yet so peaceful, quiet and safe. We used the well equipped fitness room and enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. Friendly staff. Loved it!

The air-conditioner in the room was a bit noisy but other than that, a great hotel.

There are no lifts in the building. However, the staff are more than happy to help with the luggage. We are an older couple and had no difficulty staying on the top floor.

The staff were extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. It has a traditional Thai atmosphere - very relaxed and serene. It is also very conveniently located, with many restaurants close by.

Every thing about U Chiang Mai was absolutely amazing. It had everything you could want and more. The staff were wonderful and helpful, and the facilities were great. Beautiful luxurious room, restaurant with room service was phenomenal, and they even have an app that has everything you could need.

Breakfast was good – they cook hot dishes to order, on top of the usual cold dish spread. Rooms are clean and crisply air conditioned. Centrally located in the heart of Old Town so you're always a short walk away from the action!

The lobby is in a structure 100 years old, but it looks great. I wouldn't have believed the guests' rooms were only 15 years old. Seemed older. Also, this is a REAL hotel. You get charged for just about everything as you would in a regular larger hotel.

Awesome location! Literally in the center of activities. Sunday night market is literally in front of the building. Close to the airport, and most activities will come pick you up. Plenty of temples and shopping nearby. Food is everywhere

Great location, really in the centre. I didn't recognise the road to the hotel when I got back from the walk on Sunday. Whall area turned to the market place. Comfortable room. I like big mirror in the bathroom, balcony.

Loved the location, center of the old town, away from crazy drunken mess of loud party area. Exercise room has a good machine and dumbbells, I used it everyday.
