One key card per family wasn't very handy.

The rooms are good, nothingbto complain. But the rooftop swimming pool is what gives this place a reason to keep coming back. Staffis nice, rooms are clean.

The room felt a little dark and dingy because the window was obstructed by a dark screen, and the room didn't have a proper hair dryer in it.. I borrowed a hair dryer from the front desk for my stay, but it was awkward to use as it was one of those ones meant to be mounted on the bathroom wall but it wasn't mounted on a wall so the case just hung in the air.

The pool is amazing, and the staff was really nice.

Wish, replace the pillows🙏 you can’t sleep on them. Of course, it is necessary to do a major renovation, and at least add a hairdryer and towels to the room.

They upgraded the room, and it significantly improved the mood) the room turned out to be much nicer. thanks to the staff for their responsiveness.

Bathroom door has an elevated step to avoid water from the open shower coming out. It is dangerous. It should be painted with bright warning colors or a signage near the door.

The rooftop pool is amazing, the staff are very welcoming, the prices at the restaurant and bar were very good. The conference room is also handy.

The metro station or taxis were not far away (900m) but it was almost impossible to walk with our kids in the small streets full of traffics. We managed to take tuktuk everytime just in front of the hotel but it added a transport to take before the metro. If you want to visit tourist's places in BKK, they are not very closed but easy to reach my metro.

We appreciated the nice and welcoming staff. Very nice and kind with us. Everything was easy with them. The flat was big and clean. It was very quiete. Our kids loved the swimming pool on the rooftop. The beds were very confortables. We loved the nightmarket of Jodd Fairs very closes to the hotel.

Waterpressure in the shower was so loooowww. No fun to shower. The bed had a wooden frame so i couldnt lie straight. Location isnt that good either. Too far from MRT to walk.

If you want a nice pool and a good view outside of BKK centre this is a good option. The rooms are spacious and all was clean. Value for money is ok if its not more than 1k per night.

The best thing about this hotel is the roof swimming pool and terrace. It is absolutely amazing to meet the sunset there and spend the evening hours enjoying the view. The rooms were cleaned every day. This was cool.

Amazing pool on the rooftop with a brilliant view and decent breakfast. it’s quite far away from the city centre and not much happening around the hotel in the evening.

Hello I would like to mention the beautiful roof top terrace with an amazing 360 ° view. But probably that's all I can say. It has a bar which is unfortunately mismanaged. I never seen a bar wrongly set up. Not mentioning that first in my life experienced something unreal. You can't buy alcohol in a bar (only beer) ,which is actually displayed on the bar shelfs. The staff NOT allowed to sell it. So that's crazy. Also the area need an update because the mismatched different styles. The seatings need to be comfy. But here the reason is probably to keep away the quests from the roof top bar.
