No elevator, but just 3 floors. The top floor is the penthouse which can get quite hot in the summer. Limit parking, can park opposite of the hotel

Great quiet get a way by the river with excellent coffee place near by. Room is clean with great amenities. Friendly staff good foodnand drinks.

Great location and quality. An easy ride into the centre but with food and drink available staying in is also a good option. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Some painting fixing in the room really not clean for a hotel like this , room 8 Breakfast is nice expect for the low amount of coffee served and also the pancakes are really not good , they taste uncooked they should change the recipe

Only one pillow per person only 2 t bags 2 coffee sachets . No English speaking news or any channel on TV The classic breakfast was not very nice at all Not hot and obviously trying to be boutique dining Advertised as sausages , not plus beans , bacon do not expect full English breakfast wherever I go but this version was not good

The deluxe room was ideal good size with swimming up comfortable bed good Air con and fan Sunbeds on grassed area facing the river very peaceful and relaxing

I was suprized there's no elevator. We stayed in the penthouse, and the stairs might be difficult for some guests. I was also surprized at how cold the pool is, but we did go in winter (December), and it wasn't an issue to sit in the sun then cool my legs to cool down.

Lovely place, friendly & helpful staff, green & quiet. Food at the cafe was terrific! A wonderful place to stay.

There's a road right by the hotel that gets really loud at night. I was awake from 12 midnight to 4 a.m. because it felt like those cars were going to crash right into the room.

It’s a bit remote which we did know it would be the case. You can get grab taxis which make it easy. Some of the building needs a bit of maintenance as there is some outdoor weather damage. The water pressure is a bit sporadic, one minute it’ll be really strong shower pressure then it will stop. I imagine this could be due to the fact it’s tank water? It also would be good to have the TV logged into the wifi so you can utilise Netflix etc,

Great penthouse room. Friendly staff. Resturant is great! I feel it needs better advertising as the food was awesome! Maybe the fact it’s called a cafe people don’t assume the great variety of menu. We enjoyed our stay here as a good relax place.

It'd be better to have towel racks in the bathroom. The spa could be more equipped - not a proper spa bed, no hooks for hanging clothes.

A bit far from the city center. The bar and the restaurant was a little bit expensive.

Very good hotel on the riverside, the view was very nice. The breakfast was good a not so expensive. The staff was helpful. Beds were very comfy.
