JerseyA bit run down with decor, carpets, fittings in need of upgrade. The room didn't have a fridge and wifi was only accessible in the reception area and restaurant. At this time of year a few of the facilities were closed such as the sauna, fitness area and beach bar but we expected that.
Great value for the price we paid. Nice pools. Close to the beach. Good selection of dishes for dinner and breakfast. Comfortable bed. TV worked.

United KingdomThe place was so dated and run down the equipment was old ,the TV and air conditioners weren't working,the carpet was extremely dirty and wasn't hoovered during my stay there,the duvet cover had black stains ,the bed sheets weren't changed for 6 days,there was no WIFI in the Rooms and extremely poor one in the lobby which made it look like a busy train station in rush hour full of people trying to catch a bit of signal . it's really a shame because this place could have been a gem with a little bit of TLC,but it looks like the owners really don't care

GermanyRoom: - The room was not clean, and there were cigarette ashes on the floor. - There was no internet available in the room. - The electrical outlets were not functioning properly. - The air conditioning was difficult to use. - Contrary to what was mentioned in my booking confirmation, there was no minibar in the room. - This is my personal observation: I think they give the rooms based on your country of origin. Staff: - The staff informed me that alcohol is never included in the all-inclusive deal when booking through booking.com and told me it is only available for tourists who book through certain platforma - They misunderstood the concept of a minibar, told me a minibar is a fridge that contains water and still failed to provide water or a fridge. - They rejected my proposal to pay extra for alcohol in the all-inclusive deal and also refused my offer to pay more for a better room. - Despite promising to provide a better room, they failed to deliver on that promise. Service: - The service overall was very poor. - The staff refused to offer me beer in the beach restaurant, even when I offered to pay for it myself, directing me to the hotel bar instead. - Moreover, they provided me with an old beer that exploded upon opening and caused injury. - The taste of the beer was unusual, possibly resembling orange juice, though I couldn't be certain. Overall Experience: - I felt mistreated and discriminated against based on my origin. - The hotel failed to provide the basic rights that I paid for, despite showing them my reservation and confirmation. - The staff could not provide a logical explanation to convince me and refused to offer any assistance. - This was by far my worst experience ever. Note: This experience seriously deserves an investigation, as it reflects poorly on the hotel and raises concerns about the accuracy of information provided by booking.com.
