The walls are as thin as paper and closeby you have all the streets with restaurants and loud music until very late. We only stayed there one night so it was ok but I would not recommend it if a nice and quiet room is important for you.

The breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace. Both the food and the views are amazing. The location is very central.

Not a fault of the pension, more mine for not thinking more carefully before booking, but it’s slap bang next to one of Kas’s main bar/club areas. If you’re going to be at those until 2-3am anyway, it’s a great spot. If you’re likely to go to bed earlier, be prepared for floor shaking noise from at least two or three nearby bars.

A lovely, quirky hotel well situated for Kas nightlife. Rooms are quite small but have everything one needs. Views over the city and out to sea from some rooms and the roof terrace, the latter offering great sunset views. Breakfast is great. Staff are helpful and pleasant.

Noise of the bars went on till early hours but we did expect it due to location.

The staff was so welcoming really pleasant stay. Breakfast was superb! The room had a lovely view, no balcony but the windows opened wide with a cosy table for two. Very comfortable bed.

very central location, at the heart of everything in Kaş, just a few steps away from the bars, restaurants etc. 10 minutes walk to the Küçük Çakıl beach ( small pebble) and 25 minutes walk to the Büyük Çakıl beach (big pebble :) Nice welcoming staff, nice breakfast not many variety but made with good, fresh & delicious ingredients.

Entry was small and cramped. Graffiti on the walls could turn some away and gave more of a hostel feel. Loud at night with nearby clubs.

Our terrace room had a great view. We appreciated the unique style and decorations in the room. Great bathroom! Good breakfast but not till 9. Excellent view from the terrace and so close to many restaurants. Other rooms may be smaller and no view. Go for the terrace room!!

the receptionists do not speak english and they prefer spending time on the roof terrace doing their own businesses rather than welcoming guests. We had to look for them there everytime we needed information or assistance (after spending time waiting for them after having rang the bell at the the reception on the ground floor)

The wifi was awful, it worked 50/50 with a slow speed. Also, if you are driving, be prepared to search for street parking.

Great location. Very beautiful room with all the facilities needed. Wonderful views from the terrace. Exceptional breakfast - so good that I took a later bus on the day I was checking out so that I could enjoy it again. But SO LOUD. There was so much noise, until very late at night/early in the morning, from bars nearby that it felt like trying to sleep on the floor of a nightclub, and was almost impossible. Except for this it would be the perfect place. Bring industrial ear defenders and you will be happy. Me, I am extremely tired.

No fitted sheets on bed, so they tend to come loose. Road and bars around can be quite noisy, also until very late. We had to turn on the heat pump to drown out the noise and get our baby to sleep.
