Location was fantastic. We had a room with a panorama view and although the room was small, the view nd balcony med up for everything. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were fabulous. We will go again..

Super excellent location, less than 3 minutes walk from Hagia Sophia and the Basilica Cistern. View from the room of Hagia Sophia was super amazing - we took the twin room on the 4th floor. Staff were really friendly and helpful - shoutout to the team for the excellent service! Breakfast provided was a standard Turkish breakfast buffet, but the views from the restaurant was brilliant. Loved the entire experience, highly recommended!

Rooms and the whole hotel is very clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Top location with awesome view from the room and especially from the restaurant where we had breakfast. Breakfast was nice, but we would suggest to add a little more variety.

Nothing really. Expected the room to be a little bigger but it was fine and manageable with plenty of storage.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful, nothing too much trouble. Location was great within walking distance to the main sites and Sultanahmet metro station. Also good value for money

It’s quite an older building so the noise from the above floors are pretty constant. It was a bit difficult with sleeping bc I’m a light sleeper. The staff moved me into another room after the first night, and it was better. But if you’re a light sleeper and you can’t wear earplugs, you might want to keep that in mind. Breakfast is average. The restaurant has good food but is overpriced. But that shouldn’t deter from booking bc there are tons of really amazing restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the hotel and fairly priced.

Top qualities why to book: 1. The staff are extremely friendly, and helpful 2. The location is amazing!! Literally in the middle of so many historical sites that Istanbul is known for. You can walk just about anywhere. The tram is nearby if you want to go out further but I didn’t use it bc I just walked everywhere. 3. The cleanliness was big for me and it really was wonderful. Their beds are comfortable as well.

The location is absolutely exceptional. Best place possible in Istanbul. Our room with terrace was right in front of Agia Sofia and really close to the Blue Mosque. The views are simply breathtaking. Best views I have ever enjoyed in a hotel. The breakfast outside, in front of the mosque was simply delicious. Murat and the rest of the staff gave us superb attention. A precious place to go back whenever visiting that precious jewel: Istanbul.

When we first arrived, the guys at the reception were genuinely welcoming, which made us greatly comfortable. Throughout our stay, we were well looked after. Breakfast was great , once we came a little late for breakfast, they made us fresh eggs with tomatoes. Guys, at the reception, Murat, ugur were great, always smiling. Murat also advised me to where get good food, etc. Unal offered tea a couple of times, which was very nice of him. Thanks from the bottom of my heart

There was’t really anything we didn’t like with our stay!

The staff was exemplary, especially Murat and his right hand man Ylner who were very helpful in explaining us the way around the city, and being ready for everything.
