Very nice place. View was very good there. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties of food. Honeycomb and butter was amazing. Cheese gozleme was spectacular. Room and outside was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly. We got free turkish delight from the staff before we left.

Nothing to dislike. But for purposes of improvement, since WhatsApp messaging is available, this app can also be used to inform the guest whenever there is change in a booked tour through them. For 2 days, i had to wake up very early for the balloon ride only to be informed at the reception that it was cancelled. They could have messaged me the cancellation the night before.

Clean and well maintained. Staff were very accommodating. They offer you tea while waiting in the reception. Bottled water was provided daily. Room was always cleaned up during my stay.

The staff, rooms and location was fabulous. We had a twin room which was perfect for us as a family. We had some great recommendations from the staff of where to eat. The hotel breakfast was lovely with views over Goreme. The last morning, we had over 50 hot air balloon sail over our hotel. Spectacular.

There is nothing not to like about this place.

Incredible hotel. Our family room was huge, and a real cave room. Beautifully setup and decorated. The staff and owner are super friendly and always ready to help you find transportation and tours that you want. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Great views of Göreme from the terrace as well as the ballons at sunrise. I miss this hotel already, wish we had stayed longer than the 4 nights.

An unforgettable stay experience in Goreme. Best stay ever experienced. Starting from the reservation, the day of check in, the day of stay, the amazing condition of the hotel, the amazing and hearty turkish breakfast, clean, tidy, has its own value. Above all, guest safety comes first. The location of the hotel is very close to the attractions area. Activities that sculpt memories, hot air balloons! Fully managed by the hotel. Worth it!. Very friendly hotel staff. Everything is great for us. We will definitely come back if Goreme is our area of choice. Nothing to dislike

Even though it’s called cave hotel, all rooms are not caves. Read the fine details during your reservation. Beds could be comfier too.

We loved the hotel and the ambience. Rooms were clean and well provisioned. Julia took care of all our asks, and was kind enough to give us a tour of the property. She was proactive in making reservations for us and overall made our stay very comfortable. We also loved the food at the restaurant and hospitality of the staff there.
