Be careful when walking down the stairs, the marble stairs are very slippery, I fell down and ended up braking my tailbone

It’s an excellent hotel, our room was big and comfortable, it is also in the beautiful old town of Antalya and in a quieter street, which is rare in that neighbourhood! The rooftop views over the sea and the mountain are also stunning.

Some of the staff didn’t speak English so direct communication was an issue at times-Google translate helped

Good location, great staff and manager Ibrahim was very helpful and accommodating about most requests. Buffet Breakfast had a decent cooked and cold selection but started at 8am, which was a little late for me, but hot drinks/coffee was on tap from 7am

Customer Service was excellent. Celil met me at the airport and on our way to the hotel told me everything I needed to know about the city and what should I do and visit. Ibrahim, was very helpful in all aspects. He ordered food for me when my card was declined and thus saved the day!

Our room, 304, smelt of cigarette smoke all the time unfortunately. We were just a few steps up from the front door and the reception area though.

Simple little hotel in a good location. Our room was clean and the towels were changed every day. Ibrahim on the reception and the lady who made the breakfast and cleaned the rooms were helpful and pleasant. The view from the breakfast terrace was beautiful.

Very little - we went out of season so we expected it to be much cooler, and the pool be out of action. However the heating in the room worked so well we had to switch it off halfway through the night. A very minor criticism is that the coffee machine could do with an update, and as the upstairs breakfast area is so great, maybe have some comfy chairs there so it can be used other times of the day to relax, or hang out.

The location in Old Town was superb! In fact if I ever return to Antalya, I would not hesitate to stay in Old Town and very probably here at Bacchus. Ibrahim, the manager was really friendly, helpful (especially with parking in narrow streets) and good to chat to. Breakfast was extensive and filling with the greatest view in Antalya! It really is as good as the photos! Room was large, bed really comfortable, and shower OK (but takes a few mins to warm up). This is not a posh hotel, so be under no illusions, BUT for the price, location and all round experience, the price was excellent and a great 3 night stay before heading on to another part of Turkey.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Tucked away from the bustle of the old town main drag. Ibrahim was a fantastic host and couldn't do enough for you. Fabulous views across to the Taurus mountains from the breakfast room.

The window in the bathroom was broken, it just fell in my hands when I wanted to open it. It was quite a maze to get there by a car, it would be really helpful from the staff to send you some beneficial information before your arrival.

Everything was perfect! It is located in the old city a few steps from restaurants, stores, etc but in a quite street. The hotel seems recently renovated; bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The best is definitely the dinning room on the last floor, where a delicious breakfast is served every morning. The view of the sea and the mountains from this places is just stunning!! I enjoyed so much taking breakfast here. Staff was also great. Ibrahim is a really nice and helpful person; the two women who are in charge of the breakfast are also very kind. They make you feel cared. Thank you so much! I woul totally recommend this place and staying again when I come back to Antalya.

Ibrahim was such an amazing host. He made me feel at home… he even gave me a tour of Old City on the back of his Mo-ped. It’s a great location and you get a spectacular view of the Mediterranean and the mountains. I enjoyed my stay in Antalya and I definitely will be back.

Location is perfect, close to sea, roof terrace with stunning view, many restaurants and cafeterias around the hotel. Room was comfortable and staff very friendly. They provide the transfer from the airport and they were so kind and borrowed me umbrella during the heavy rain. You can feel comfortable there.
