The room was very comfortable and large with an amazing bathroom. The staff were impeccable! They helped us sort out all of our day trips and activities, which we would recommend to everyone. AustraliaPerfection on every level. Incredible elevated location with stunning magical views all day & night. The cave rooms are superb and immaculate & so comfortable. Best location right in the middle of all the great spots of Goreme so super easy to walk to everything, yet nice and peaceful at night. The breakfast is phenomenal and a huge range of delicious food is offered. The owner Tugce is one of the most beautiful people we have ever met. Super helpful & brilliant at organising trips & tours for us & so helpful & kind with great recommendations for dining around town. Staying here was the highlight of our entire trip to Turkey. You will not be disappointed if you book here. Beautiful stay with beautiful family run hospitality that makes you feel so special. Did I mention the out of this world views? They are spectacular from the rooftop as well as the terrace and restaurant area. You will get the most amazing photos here & see the balloons so close up each morning as well as stunning sunsets. Really a breathtaking place that we will remember for the rest of my life. Unforgettable & magical in every way.

IndiaThere was no wastebin hotel should look into this. Also since it is an underground cave room it would be helpful if there is a fan kept for air circulation. There should atleast be one white light in the room We took a green tour from the hotel which was very good, however because of Owners miscommunication or being non proactive we had to pay around 200€ for the balloon instead of 90€...she understood and apologized i am writing this part so that next time she would be cautious while commiting...
The hotel is very well maintained Breakfast was excellent with loads of variety. I would like to mention that Hassan was very helpful. We took an underground room that had a Jacuzzi Overall a fantastic hotel and staff

What an incredible place! Owner is super kind and gave me great suggestions for what to do. I felt zero pressure to book a tour with her — she was genuinely being helpful. The hotel itself is great. Beautiful terrace, room was comfortable, shower was good. Breakfast was delicious. Location is awesome; it’s in the middle of town but on a quieter side street. Seriously, this place is a gem.

Everything!! Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Tuğçe and the other staff were on hand for anything I needed. Always smiling and friendly. 5 minute walk to everything and view from the terrace was amazing. Breakfast was included in the price and it was a great selection of Salads, Cheese, bread and fruit with Coffee, water and Juice. When I return to Cappadocia. This will be my home. Thank you!!!

Everything was perfect! The rooms are complete just like the descriptions. I love how they served us for the breakfast. We are like king n queen with so many dishes for 4 person (even there are only 2 of us). The staff also so kind and understanding. The hotel located just 4-5mins walking from the bus stop and centre of goreme. There is a balcony on the upstairs of the hotel to take pictures with view of the goreme. Great experience!! I recommend this place)))

GermanyThe room is a little bit warm for our liking and there were some stone remnants because it is a cave hotel, but we were informed immediately when we arrived.
The location is perfect, it is close to the restaurants and shops. The view at terrace is beautiful. The breakfast spread was good. Unfortunately we were able to experience it for only one day. One day we need to leave early because of hot air balloon and the other day we need to leave early to go the airport, but they gave us a sandwhich, juice and an orange. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially Mustafa. He helped us for arranging the tours. We were able to experience all of it without any difficulties because of him.

ChinaThe water heater for the bath seems to be solar, and the hot water will be insufficient if the bath time is late at night.
There are many options for breakfast, and the photos I took were just a few of them. There's a terrace on the roof where you can watch the balloons go up and down. The room is very comfortable and on a sunny day the whole room looks very warm. The bathroom was the biggest (a bit too big) of the places I stayed in Turkey. The boss is only 21 years old handsome guy, strong sense of service, took the initiative to help us solve the taxi service to Uqi Hisar castle and Greme open air museum, and the taxi driver did not increase the price. Knowing that we had a plane to catch early the next morning, the boss offered a simple breakfast (sandwiches and juice) . Oh, and there's a gorgeous cat in the hotel ! :)

BahrainStaff is very accommodating. Mustafa assisted us with our tours, gave us a good deal thru his contacts. The location is perfect as it is in the center of the town. Restaurants and supermarkets are just a stone throw away. They have rooftop that gives a good view of the hot air balloons. Highly recommended.
