A great place for family holidays. Wonderful location, warm sea, great swimming pools and water slides, delicious food and great selection of drinks. A very good service. No complaints whatsoever. An additional thank you for letting some members of our family to check in earlier after long overnight travel.

There is nothing negative. Perhaps as an improvement the hotel could consider adding more games facility like pool tables and table football.

The spa services were extensive and relaxing. But I did mind the fact that I payed for an one hour massage and got only half an hour with no explanation.

The resort is amazing, the people and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They gave us a bigger room for no extra cost and were available at any time. Food and facilities are more than great. The events program quite interesting and fun! Would totally come back!

To be honest, we were almost the only guests coming not from Russia. We didn't like that the staff spoke at us Russian, just when we mentioned we are not from Russia, some staff knew English. Hotel full of guests from Russia.

Food was super delicious, we really enjoyed. Huge selection, everything fresh, tasty, a lot of fruit, o lot of vegetable, different kind of meats, fish, really very rich. The ice cream was the best. We travelled with a baby and we loved the place because we could walk all around with our trolley, no barriers, and it is such a big hotel that you can simply circle around and walk a lot just within a resort. Great place for families with kids.

the staff that organizes games for children is not very motivationally oriented. one gets the feeling that something is forced. everything that is paid additionally (e.g. hairdresser) is excessively expensive.

Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for those traveling with kids! Our stay was absolutely incredible - we truly cannot fault a single thing. The beach, pools, kids pool area, kids evening entertainment - it's all amazing! The buffets are out of this world - I've never seen such a massive selection of food at any hotel before! We were treated so well from the moment we arrived until we checked out. My only complaint is that our stay was too short because we truly did not want to leave!!

The WC outside was most of the time not clean. Room are not sound proof and you hear music till 12 am. With closed Windows it was still like you are setting outside. They should do something. There is a timetable for breakfast, Lunch, dinner. Its not like you can find everything all day long ... if you pass the Lunch you have to wait till the next Bar open ... Water in Pool was not that clean ..

Breakfast was pretty good and so was the rest of the food… lot of options to choose from. Although it can get a bit predictable if you keep dining in the main area… so keep exploring other options located in the vicinity. It was worth the money for an all inclusive resort. The rooms were ok but the overall resort is quite well maintained and clean!

We first booked into the hotel rooms, which were a little small and needed an upgrade so decided to move to the villas which were exceptional!!!!!!!!

The food, the staff and the cleanliness of the resort were outstanding. Location is amazing - a 5 min drive to lands of the legends.

Excellent and amazing resort big rooms and very comfortable bed the minibar including soft drinks also energy drink and snacks. The food was great at the pools at the main restaurant all meals delicious. Thanks to mr kamal in the main restaurant very helpful and friendly service.

Room is very small, food timing are so close and not enough to make other activities like swimming, you need to go and ask for water, food etc.. or no body will serve you, all drinks are served in the bar mixed with alchool
