I think it's overpriced. The rooms haven't been maintained for years. Large gap under my balcony door, that made a very loud whistle every time the wind blew. Breakfast was probably there worst I've seen in any hotel.

Location is very good. Staff are friendly. You can walk out of the hotel and straight onto the beach.

For the value of money, nothing to complain about.

Location is great, the beach is just in front. A mini market is available 2 mins walk, many restaurants and bars in the area. We booked a room without sea view, but the host made us a surprise and gave us a room with sea view at no extra cost. Balcony is wide, from it you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Also, breakfast was delicious.

Things are a little tired and could do with some TLC but everything that you need is provided.

The staff were very helpful and friendly allowing us to extend our checkout on the last day. The hotel is basic but has everything you need and is cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. The location is great and the views of the sunset from the balcony are amazing..

some cleaning staff enters the room without knocking . at 10 o’clock a cleaning staff told us to leave the room because there was other guests waiting for the room, of-course we ignored because checkout time is 11:30 - 12:00, and check in time is still early to 2:00; but it wasn’t nice to talk to us like this.

The WC does not have a separate shower cubicle. As a result it remained wet for most of the day. The toiletries were provided only on the first day of checking in. The check-out process left a bad taste. We had a late evening flight from Dalaman Airport and had requested the owner to keep our luggage with them after the checkout at 11:00 AM. To our surprise, the receptionist started asking us for money to keep the luggage at their end. That left a poor impression of the hotel and could have been easily avoided.

Amazing location, right on Calic beach. Easily reachable by mini buses from Fethiya. We also enjoyed the Turkish Breakfast spread each morning.

All was pretty much good as a budget hotel.

Location,room size, view from balcony are superb. This hotel is actually on Chalice Beach. The Fathiye harbour is about 20 mins drive away. The road in front of the beach has a lot of restaurants and is pretty happening. The beach is right across the road from the hotel. Worth the money.

tasty breakfast and great mountains view and Fethiye. The hotel is located on the first beach row. There was air conditioning and sea view in our economy room. Reception works 24/7 and the hosts were very polite. It is a good choice for budget trip close to the beach.
