We love everything in special the kindness of Millis and Mesut. My son love the dog and the breakfast in special the French toast( bread with milk and egg) that Maria made.(She doesn’t speak English but do the best for explain me the recipe .We can no ride the ballloons for the weather but was a wonderful holidays in Göreme .

The staff is fantastic- kind and helpful, always available and willing to answer questions, arrange activities, recommend restaurants- anything needed. The breakfast is very good; nice way to fuel up for the day. Our room had a private terrace overlooking town- great place for balloon watching in the morning. Hotel is in a good location, close to many good restaurants.

Toilet smells.. maybe due to sewage system.. extra ventilation is needed since the room window faced directly to the hallway to reception office therefore not likely to open it.

We feel so welcome at Castle Cave Hotel.. even before arrival i hv been contacted via whatsapp by Melisa on the services that i may require i.e. shuttle and activities during my stay in cappadocia.  Melisa, Mustafa, Noor, and 2 other gentlemen at the reception have really taken care of our needs when we are in Cappadocia.. The hotel is a walking distance downhill to the town and lots of restaurants can be found in the town.. The room is so spacious and equipt with fire place that will be lighted up for free once every night but they hv lighted it up twice for free for us on our arrival.. the bathroom has towel heater that really help during the winter time.. Their roof terrace was beautifully decorated especially for taking pictures when watching the balloon.. Housekeeping is taken care by Noor who is a very nice lady.. she cleaned up our room and make sure all the necessities are filled up accordingly. Due to room not available at Castle for my 4th night in Cappadocia therefore i hv split my stay at two different hotels. However due to warm welcome that i have received from Castle during our stay there, therefore we kept going to Castle to book all of our activities in Cappadocia. Their services are really excellent when they even offer to help us to carry our luggage uphill to our new hotel which is not far from Castle Cave for our next check in. In conclusion.. I will not hesitate to stay in this warm and friendly place when i visit Cappadocia again.

Outside although the temperature is dipping to 4-5 degrees Celsius inside cave room it was pretty hot. There is no Provision of air-conditioner or a fan, so sometimes it was suffocating. I wish the lighting could have been much brighter, may be the hotel wanted to preserve asthetic look.

The location was really good The inside room was really big Nice Big washroom and enough of storage Staff was helpful too. We missed our sightseeing bus but the staff directed us how to catch the bus while speaking to guide. The only downside I encountered was the size of the room. It was on the smaller side, providing limited space to move around. However, it's worth noting that the compensating factor was the spacious bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise.

The staff was incredibly friendly and genuinely helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Staying in a cave added a unique and cool dimension to the experience, and the location couldn't have been better. The beautiful rooftop was a standout feature, offering an excellent vantage point to witness the breathtaking views of the air balloons. It's clear that the hotel has put a lot of effort into creating a memorable and delightful stay for their guests. I can't wait to return and relive the magic.

Everything was good: the room is clean and comfortable for two people, even if not too big. There is an amazing terrace with a great view to enjoy at the evening. The breakfast was also amazing. The staff people are super friendly and available with any requests. Very sugegsted hotel.

It did have to do with the property but rather to the access to it. Municipality was in the process of paving the old dirt roads. Had a car rental and parking was not an issue

Castle cave was the best experience in Cappadocia, you'd be welcomed by hotel pet (Simba) and hotel staff were always helpful. Got some good suggestions from them for activities in cappadocia.
