Needs a bit of redecorating due to various stains on the walls, as well as more frequent deep cleaning. Also, the WiFi was quite patchy.

Excellent location just off the main high street, well designed and spacious. The host was very kind and it’s a place I’d stay again.

Excellent location, easy access to main sights, many transport options. The apartment is spacious, with high ceilings, it has all needed stuff for cooking and comfortable living. The host is friendly and attentive. The wi-fi is of high-speed, though in bedroom the connection got lost sometimes. The floor, furniture and bed sheets were clean. The entrace hall looked and smelt gorgeously, there was an elevator. The apartment is tired a little bit and demands renovation and deep cleaning behind the furniture, though it didn't affect our stay.

Spacious, bright and confortable flat that has everything we needed for our stay. The location is very safe and convenient for taking the metro, tram and airport bus. The street is off the busiest touristy Istiklal street, however the flat is very quiet. The elevator is a real bonus for heavy luggages. The owner is very accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed the proximity to historic sites, shopping and restaurants.

Everything was perfect, but I would only recommend an owner to add more books in English or Russian language.

The apartment was big and beautifully designed with a vintage touch that gave it a unique and cozy feel, beautiful paintings and plenty of books to read, which added to the overall charm of the flat. We appreciated the attention to detail that the owner had put into making the apartment feel like a home away from home. Location was perfect - it was right in the heart of the city, close to everything, including shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The neighborhood felt very safe and we had no concerns about walking around even late at night. We were a bit concerned about a size of bed before arrival, but eventually it's big enough for people who are not a couple to sleep there. I hope I can come again, because one week in this amazing city ended too fast :(

3 suggestions, that are minor changes for improvement. These did not affect our stay in a negative way, as very minor. 1. We were given only 2 tea bags for a 4-night stay. ==> Host could consider to buy a big box of tea and leave it in the cupboard for all guests. Carrefour was nearby so we went to buy a box for 15 TL. 2. TV was disconnected when we checked-in. After reconnecting, still could not figure out cable box. Might want to have cleaning staff to double check TV prior to guest check-in. 3. Wifi signal is weak in bedroom, so could consider moving router if possible.

Excellent location steps away from Istiklal street, easy to reach from F1 funicular. Lots of eating options nearby as well. Water filter in basement was very useful to refill drinking water. Layout of unit is very useful for a couple (2 people) or even for 4-5 people. Dining table was large, and sofa couch was comfortable (also good for 1-2 people to sleep).

Nothing - we loved it all!

Best value home away from home in Istanbul. Fantastic location only a few minutes walk from Galata tower and Istiklal street so close but sheltered in a quiet side street so not a noisy apartment. Mehmet was a fantastic host who explained the facilities thoroughly and assisted us with leaving equipment in Istanbul. Mehmet organised our driver to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. We really appreciated the public transport card supplied with the apartment as we had not been able to figure that out by ourselves and we loved having such a spacious apartment to base ourselves in.

The only flaw I can think about is Wi-Fi, it was not that good nor stable.

Big suite with stylish furniture (though the couch and the bed weren't that new) with every possible kitchenware you may need, excellent location, elevator and access. We were quite impressed by how good this apartment looks like. Plus it is pet friendly so it was just perfect for us.

The kitchenette could have been cleaner. The apartment on the first floor is rather dark.

Spacious and nicely decorated, with a nice host and in a very central location. (The street is noisy in the evening, which is to be expected given that it is next to Istiklal.)
