Location is next to a nightclub which is so loud and noise get to your room and some rooms are so small and furniture is old

Require massive renovation. Seepage was at entrance of family room 1204 and nuts of WC were loose. There was time when both lifts were out of order simultaneously.

Location was ideal. breakfast location was awesome. Sara at restaurant was 10/10.

The toilets were very smelly at all times, there’s some major issue with drainage system which created this foul smell. In the morning when I went for shower, the water was not so hot (meaning, the central water heating system did not have enough capacity to serve all the rooms).

Perfect location for travelers. Right at the center of Taksim, just 2 minutes walk and you will reach the Main Street (Istiklal Street).

I didn't like anything the breakfast was horrible a waste for ur money , the room was so dirty the housekeeper don't do her work right , at some moment I didn't feel secure because of the people who were residing in the hotel and finally that will be the last time I will come to this hotel the responsible should really look after it because it did change alot from before

The hotel staff's behavior was very rude and annoying. From the moment I checked in, I encountered rude attitudes. Even at breakfast in the morning, when we asked for breakfast for the last day because we needed to leave earlier than 7:30 AM to catch a flight, they responded in the worst manner, saying they wouldn't provide breakfast and that we should eat here, and we weren't allowed to use breakfast before 7:30 AM.

The hotel was very disorganized and dirty. The room they gave me had a single bed, but it was actually an old, airless storage room. Even the walls had dampness, and there were multiple places where the paint was peeling. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the corridor. Even on the last night, at 3 AM, someone knocked on my door with their suitcase and left. The corridors were so narrow that carrying a suitcase was difficult.

The breakfast was so bad and an organize totally lie. They claim this four-star even the is not one star all the picture was fake and I want to a stop payment on this hotel, because everything was fraud. I tried to cancel. They said it’s not refundable and there it was so rude the the front desk in the lobby

The hotel breakfast was not acceptable at all and when the food was finished, they were not recharged, the quality of the food was not good at all, the room furniture was very old and worn, and the staff were very cold. None of the hotel's items were acceptable and it was not like a 4-star hotel at all, and it was at the level of a 2-star hotel and had no positive things to stay at.

Only the location of the hotel was good due to its proximity to Taksim Square, and other than that, it had no positives.

This was the worst trip of my life The light was so bad at night that we had tobe in the room with thevfladhlught of our cellphone A very unpleasant smell comes from the bathroom On the day i booked the hotel, it said that there was a transfer from the airport. When i told the hotel, their only answer was that this is an advantage of the booking site and has nothing to do with the hotel. I also sent a message to booking, but no one took care of it in general. They lied very easily I am dissatisfied with my travel from the hotel and also with my purchase from the booking site and I will definitely tell everyone not to work with you. I booked this hotel based on other people 's comments and made a purchase through the booking process, and I don't know others were satisfied. In the breakfast program, which was from 7:30 to 10 a.m., all the breakfast tables were usually empty from8:30 a.m. onwards and if we asked for a recharge, they said the breakfast time is over, if the hotel had to recharge the table till 10:00 a.m. terrible time
