In the morning when I went for shower, the water was not so hot (meaning, the central water heating system did not have enough capacity to serve all the rooms).

United KingdomThe hotel staff's behavior was very rude and annoying. From the moment I checked in, I encountered rude attitudes. Even at breakfast in the morning, when we asked for breakfast for the last day because we needed to leave earlier than 7:30 AM to catch a flight, they responded in the worst manner, saying they wouldn't provide breakfast and that we should eat here, and we weren't allowed to use breakfast before 7:30 AM.
The hotel was very disorganized and dirty. The room they gave me had a single bed, but it was actually an old, airless storage room. Even the walls had dampness, and there were multiple places where the paint was peeling. It was impossible to sleep at night due to the noise from the corridor. Even on the last night, at 3 AM, someone knocked on my door with their suitcase and left. The corridors were so narrow that carrying a suitcase was difficult.

IranThe hotel breakfast was not acceptable at all and when the food was finished, they were not recharged, the quality of the food was not good at all, the room furniture was very old and worn, and the staff were very cold. None of the hotel's items were acceptable and it was not like a 4-star hotel at all, and it was at the level of a 2-star hotel and had no positive things to stay at.
Only the location of the hotel was good due to its proximity to Taksim Square, and other than that, it had no positives.

When i told the hotel, their only answer was that this is an advantage of the booking site and has nothing to do with the hotel. I also sent a message to booking, but no one took care of it in general. They lied very easily I am dissatisfied with my travel from the hotel and also with my purchase from the booking site and I will definitely tell everyone not to work with you. I booked this hotel based on other people 's comments and made a purchase through the booking process, and I don't know others were satisfied. In the breakfast program, which was from 7:30 to 10 a.m., all the breakfast tables were usually empty from8:30 a.m. onwards and if we asked for a recharge, they said the breakfast time is over, if the hotel had to recharge the table till 10:00 a.m. terrible time
