Very clean, staff are very helpful, great access to the beach with amazing scenery and various options for food/drinks. Spa was a great experience as well. Great value for money and highly recommended for families.

First, I would like to say that even if the hotel is all inclusive, actually a lot of things are not included, like the majority of the drinks, the tenis court(we paid to rent even the balls we plaid with). You can’t even get an ironing board in the room, I had to iron my things is a deposit room. Also the staff was not very friendly, they never served drinks even during meals time but they were always taking the plates even if you were still eating.

The location was super nice, very well connected to the city center, very closed to the bus stop. The beach was super nice and the food as well.

Not every drink is on inclusive.

The staff special the two barmen very polite Muhammad and Nulsonton. . The food , the reception team, and the zumba team .we stayed 5 nights, and the rooms were cleaned every day . Free bottle of water in your room every day also arround the hotel.

Some of the amneties were not working or were not attended to. The indoor pool was conveniently "under repair" the moment the outdoor pool was open. However, this was fine since the weather was warm enough to dip in. Some of the staff try their best not to talk to the guests at all. We wanted to check out the availability of the surrounding tours that we could do by asking at the guest relations desk, but the woman there wasn't being helpful at all. Most of the tours in their catalogue are just for show and there's no detailed information whatsover about them.

The location is great. There are bars everywhere which makes it easier for guests to get drinks. The food selection is also quite good with various salads and breads. The room we stayed in had a view of the Bey Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea which made the whole stay even better. Overall, you get your value for money for being an all-inclusive resort.

The night prayer can easily wake you up because the mosque is located nearby. Since we had been staying in the hotel in march, the path to the sea was closed and we were not able to get closer to the water. There are many cat in the hotel which is not a problem itself, but they are mostly not sterilized (and probably not vaccinated?). Turkey is famouse of being good to cats and I respect that, but I wish they had better care.

There is a little noise in the morning down the corridors when your room is next to the lift maybe not everywhere.

The staff are great, the outside area with pool Is beautiful with a gorgeous view over the sea and bay! The sea facing rooms in block E get gorgeous sunsets.

Food was great if I compare with my many hotel stays. Also location is perfect for city visit, shopping etc.

There are a few odd things. The shower/WC cubicle in the room has semi-transparent glass walls. When the light is on in the cubicle and off in the room, the person in the cubicle can be seen from outside. The indoor pool/sauna/hamam have no lockers and no changing room.

The location is very good, even though they have no real beach. The rooms and premises were quite clean. The staff was friendly and ready to help.

Room was too hot, heating seemed to be constantly on and the hotel was t allowing cooling due to time of year. Needed patio doors open all the time but that affected sleep due to noise.
