It was very noisy in the rooms durning nights. Several nights in a raw we were woken up in the middle if the night by our neighbours.

Overall great place. - food from outside was not allowed so that was a bit nummer especially with small kids. - the beach across the street is a pebble Beach so not the best place for kids to build sand castles

- great location on the west side of the city where you get the local experience. Away from the Lara area which is more artificial and made for tourists. - pool / spa facilities are great and super clean - rooms with sea view were amazing - staff was super friendly. - breakfast was great as well.

It was noisy from the road traffic. Window frames needs to be updated. Bathtub is old style. Makes the bathroom narrow. It should be removed and replaced with a large shower.

Location was good. Next to beach and corniche. Building and rooms were fine. Staff is great. Very helpful.

- breakfast was almost every day the same - some infrastructures are a little bit aged, we spent one week there and the door was once broken and the breaker tripped once, but the whole staff are always there and could always fix it very quickly

+ friendly and professional staff around the whole hotel and they were always available (i was often in the outdoor area late and alone. when the staff saw me, he brought me blanket, very considerate) + different facilities: sauna, spa, swimming pool, fresh towels always available and also small play area for kids

Making a complain and not informing the customer of the outcome .

The breakfast which was served was cold 🥶 we did complain was told speak to the 👨‍🍳 chef. It was not my job to talk to the chef I'm a customer and it's the job of management to sort it out .I was on my holiday with my family and decided to have our breakfast in the restaurant Witch we paid from my own pocket..About form that we where happy with the hotel service.

Breakfast was a bit samey, a bit more variety would be much appreciated (the quality is good, though!), my room also smelled of cigarettes a bit - perhaps would be great to divide the rooms into smoking and non-smoking as some other hotels of the same chain do

Nice hotel towards the edge of Konyaalti, great spa (have hammam, steam room, russian and finnish saunas, and a pool), lovely massage, good food, excellent staff. Loved that toiletries were available from refillable big bottles as well as small single use ones

The "beach" that the hotel has is a narrow stretch of pebbles, accessed via the tunnel under the toad, sandwiched between the concrete slabs and the sea. This creates a scolding-hot radiating surface during the day which makes staying there less bearable, and a "tunnel effect" for wind, meaning it turns from a comfortable breeze to a chill which can help you get sick. The rooms are old and a bit tired, the cleaning isn't very thorough thus everything feels in a state of slight disrepair. All of the above, considered with the cost per night makes it a very weak "maybe" if other options are limited.

The general location, staff service and furniture are ok. The territory surrounding is nice, especially anything that's for the neighbouring many cats. The food was quite varied and delicious in general.
