I was received by handsome Eren Turk and he truly facilitated my check-in process, accommodated me with room of my choice, and truly helpful and polite staff. Amazing location, close by access to Taksim and overall great place to stay. I would love to stay there again !

After I had booked a high-floor room, I requested a room with Gezi park or bosphorus if they have availability. They kindly provided a very nice room with an amazing view. Everything was extremely smooth starting from check-in. The room was very clean and cleaned up everyday properly. The staff was very kind and helpful. I can specifically recommend the bar, we tried super tasty cocktails. The breakfast buffet was also diverse with Turkish products.

I cannot say that, I was satisfied with everything.

We ate breakfast only once. It served the purpose. I wouldn't say it was perfect, but there was a wide variety of fresh, quality food. The surroundings were great. About 2 minutes from Taksim Square. It is easily accessible by both public transport and car.

Divan Istanbul is for years my one only choice for stay in Istanbul. From the friendly reception staff till the cleaning staff, everybody is so nice, with smile and helpfull in any way you need. Breakfast is very good, improved from my last stay, so different options, even you need gluten-free products. As a complenetary gesture, our room was uprade to luxury room on upper floor. We are looking forward to stay again in Divan!

Spa! I am Turkish and I myself wanted to have traditional Turkish hamam experience where you can get scrubbed and washed by a man in the hamam however, they didn’t even told me the traditional work is done by females only in their hotel and female stuff is all over men changing room etc. It was rather disturbing. The most annoying part is that they don’t inform you about this traditionally unethical event.

Returning to Divan in Istanbul always feels like coming home. It remains our first choice whenever we visit this vibrant city, and once again, it did not disappoint. Location-wise, it's hard to beat. Situated in the heart of Taksim, accessibility to all corners of Istanbul is effortless, thanks to excellent connectivity. Our room was impeccably clean, offering a sanctuary of comfort after a day of exploring. The bed was so inviting, ensuring a restful night's sleep. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its staff—they exude warmth and hospitality, making every interaction a pleasure. Breakfast was a delightful affair, with a spread that catered to every palate. The staff worked tirelessly to ensure that every guest's needs were met, a testament to their dedication. During our stay, we indulged in the Turkish hammam and spa facilities—an experience not to be missed. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation, leaving us feeling utterly pampered. What truly touched our hearts was the thoughtful gesture for our birthdays. As we were celebrating, the hotel surprised us with a complimentary cake for each of our birthdays. It was a sweet and unexpected gesture that made our stay even more memorable. I also want to extend a special thank you to Shafa, one of the receptionists and Burak. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, adding an extra layer of warmth to our experience. In summary, Divan continues to exceed our expectations, providing a seamless blend of comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We eagerly anticipate our next visit.

The location was great for airport access, while this means that access to tourist spots (blue mosque, aya sofia, etc) needs the use of public transportation.

The location was very good, especially for the transfer to the Istanbul airport. The bus station (havaist, havabus) is just a few minutes by walk. The metro was also very close. The bed was comfortable.

Divan is at an amazing location, famous Taksim, place is with beautiful features in and out of the hotel. Staff are very kind and smiley . we were assisted by Emre and Efe at reception , they were extremely helpfull with extending our stay as I needed to stay in istanbul more days and very very friendly. Very happy to meet them. The place also has an excellent gym and pool and sauna/spa area. We forgot something behind and Elif at the concierge was ultimately helpful and kindly posted us our belonging back with no hick, I am very grateful. The food is excellent, that is pretty obvious as its Divan is known for its good food. the breakfast was exceptional and the bar is absolutely very beautifully designed accompanied by delicious cocktails. Can't say enough good things about this hotel . Can't wait to go back.
