However, unfortunately, the pool was freezing cold (not heated) and the entry/ exit ladders contained no rubber safety grips which made them quite slippery and dangerous to use. The spa was out of order and according to one of the staff had not been in use for some time. It was of some concern that regular maintenance had not been undertaken, including the surrounding gardens which were full of weeds, requiring attention and care. It was a pity that such a beautiful place should have been managed in such a manner. Rating: 8.5/10

The Hotel was quite impressive with staff providing excellent assistance both on arrival and throughout our stay. We booked a separate King Cottage with a small private pool. The unit was spacious and luxurious with a comfortable bed and a large well appointed bathroom. The buffet breakfast was good while the Dinner was excellent and served on the Roof Top garden that overlooked the magnificent harbour, quite magical at night. The personal service offered by the head waiter was both attentive and outstanding. Dinner was also inclusive in the package.

location is extremely good - right at the proximity of the corniche and across the street from marina. in 10-15 min you can reach any restaurant, cafe, have a nice walking by the seaside, or reach the castle

Noise from local night club starting at midnight and ending at 3am. It was imposible to sleep. We had prepaid dinner in the hotel. If i exclude pasta, choice for dinner main course was limited to 5 dishes (i dont eat seafood or fish) where only 3 were available for me, but if we wanted, we could get different food and bigger choice but for that we had to pay additionaly. All food was excelent and tasty.

Unfortunately we had booked a room with sun deck/smaller shared pool but had to request to move rooms after 3 nights due to the exceptionally loud music from a nightclub near the hotel until 4am nightly. The hotel accommodated our request to move rooms but we lost out on the pool. We have requested a refund of the difference in the cost of the rooms as we stayed a total of 8 nights.

Beautiful hotel one of the best we’ve stayed in. Location is super. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and beautiful views from the rooftop bar. The pool area was nice and comfortable with plenty of sun beds.

The loud sound of the new night club close to the hotel reaches inside the room. The room rate is high.

To be fair, it’s not a hotel’s fault but the high noise from the night club located next to the hotel is awful! We couldn’t sleep up to 5 am. I hope they will solve it.

All good. Reception, kitchen staff and housekeepers are very helpful and friendly. Location is very good. This is one of the best places.

Poor wifi, room not so quiet (sound during the night) we booked with diner 5 days, and the list of choice in the menu was a bit short. the restaurant team and guest relation kindly proposed us some other meals

I was very happy about the treatment I had at the spa, (hammam and massage package) very good therapist, I definitely recommend that, one of the best experiences I ever had, but not happy about the personnel at the spa.

In general we were very happy about the hotel. Location was perfect, it was in walking distance to the city center. Parking place was very easy. We were very happy about our room, even though there were night clubs nearby, we were not disturbed at all. Breakfast was very good and hotel personnel was very smiling and helpful.

We asked for two separate beds and got one queen. I suppose we could have fixed it, but had already unpacked by the time we realized.

The DoubleTree is very well located, just a short walk from the nearest public beach. The food [we chose half board] is very good. They also have a large swimming pool.
