Great staff, clean, good attention to detail. Location was great, just 2-3 mins away from main attractions like Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and the Sultanahmet tram station. Great price and good value. They also give good welcome drinks and snacks, really liked the tea and chocolate. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for good value in a very central location. The bell boys were very helpful and efficient. They also have good connections around the city and can help you arrange airport transfers or tours.

The family suite we stayed in is spacious with closet space and true to the pictures and descriptions. Excellent and caring staff. They offer you tea while you sit in the lobby. The location of the hotel is perfect, short walk to major sites but in a quieter block.

Everything was fine except for one thing, I don't understand why friends couldn't enter the room if they have ID, I think it was disrespectful to me as a guest I have never encountered such a problem anywhere I will return to Istanbul, but I will definitely not stay here and I will not recommend it to anyone

The hotel welcomed us with tea. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. Ersim checked us in and helped explained everything very well. He recommended the boat cruise which our family really enjoyed. The breakfast was fresh and great quality. The staff in the kitchen was amazing. The hotel also had umbrellas for us as it was raining. Our family suite was very comfortable and spacious. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would love to come back inshallah.

Excellent location, walkable distance to all the major attractions. Lots of food places nearby. All the reception staff were great, very helpful and informative. They also allowed us to do a late check out and stored our luggage.

So close to sultanahmet metro station and all tourist spots i.e hagia sophea topkapi blue mosque..clean n room is good for family of 3..

The corridors smelled like Cigarettes, not too surprised as everyone smokes in Istanbul. Wifi was ok, breakfast was average.

Great location and the property itself was clean. Bed was comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly. They even gave us their umbrella to use. Welcome was quite warm.

The location of the was perfect as it is really close to Haigh Sofia Mosque & Blue Mosque just 5 mins walk distance. The saff were really friendly and try their best to satisfy you. If you are looking for sightseeing or view from the hotel this is might not your best choice. Otherwise, everything was great

Cozy and very clean hotel in supreme location. Literally 3 min walking to Sultanahmet tram station as well as to Hagia Sofia, Blue mosk, Basilica cicterna and derwishes show. Many local restaurants nearby, mini market is 1min away and McDonald's is across the street. Rooms are bright, well light up and very clean, beds are comphy. Breakfasts are great, on terrace on 7th floor, offering magnificent views. You can also go one more floor up to open roof terrace, there are lots of seagulls flying around and you can feed them. Kids enjoyed variety of cartoons channels and uninterrupted WiFi. Hotel's staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were provided with area map with highlighted attractions and detailed explanations how to get to each of them.
