The staff were friendly and helpful.The breakfast was wonderful with a varied selection of food.The breakfast lady was smiling every morning! The rooms were cute and authentic,had a fridge with water,and a kettle for tea/coffee.Bathroom was clean,great water pressure and hot water.The bed was really comfortable .As a solo female I felt safe,and will return.!I specifically chose a smaller hotel as they are more personal compared to big chain hotels. :)

The walls were a bit thin but we just put some music on and then it was fine. The replacement of water and tea etc was a bit hit and miss but the staff were very helpful once we pointed it out.

The location was really convenient for the main tourist sites and for a huge variety of restaurants and yet on a nice quiet street - just perfect. The staff were lovely and willingly carried our suitcases up and down the 3 flights of stairs. The breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and the breakfast terrace had great views out to the Bosphorus. All in all an exceptional stay and really good value for money!

The only one thing we dont like, that the noise cancelling is not really exist in the hotel, we heard the upeer neighbour, the neighbur next to us, and the upper near neighbour. So if you are a bit sensitive about it, prepare yourself. That is the only one thing i can say.

The hotel is fantastic. Location is excellent choice. We liked the stuff, the room was great. The breakfast we enjoyed every day. The last day we have to depart earlier, and we asked the stuff, and the lady was ready for us about 7:30 instead of 8:00. If you have questions, the crew is always at your help. I will choose it again, if we get a room at the one of the top room(s). Hopefully less noise (more info at the other comment). The view from the top mranwhile breakfast is ok.

We should take care of the outside because our room was located on the 1st floor, which was nearly similar level to the road in front of the hotel.

Its breakfast was so delicious, and the view from the rooftop was spectacular. The room was very clean, and we could feel the Turkish atmosphere. The hotel was located in a convenient place to enjoy sightseeing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel with my Mom, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff was not only friendly but went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The reception service was prompt and efficient. Breakfast was good. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff did an outstanding job. The location is perfect, there are a lot of restaurants too. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic hotel experience. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I got the small room next to the reception desk and could here people talking till midnight and I didn’t have enough room for my suitcase.

Very central position, a stone's throw away from Topkapi and Aya Sofia, yet on a quiet side street. Amazingly kind and helpful personnel, who go above and beyond. Very nice room décor in a traditional yet comfortable style.

Breakfast could be a bit better: the selection got limited, cheeses left outside the fridge for a long time, the worst part are quite large and intimidating birds outside, which are encouraged and sometimes even invited by employees to hang around the terrace where guests have their breakfast.

Location is just perfect! You can walk everywhere and yet is extremely peaceful, which is quite rare for the neighbourhood. Rooms are pretty good!

Great location, very nice small hotel in a historical building; very close to old town and bosphorus, all in walking distance. Staff is great, they helped me with the luggage up and down as no lift in the property. the room was beautiful clean and nice. will book it again when go to Istanbul.

The hotel can be reached by transfer from Istanbul Airport (IST) in 45-60 minutes. A few minutes away from the main attractions. The breakfast was excellent. And listening to the music of the muezzins from the terrace in the evening...beautiful!

The sound isolation on the economy basement floor was non-existent, I could hear everything happening in the lobby. I'm not a light sleeper so it was not a big problem for me, but it could be a problem for others, or for couples who would like to keep it more private. Later I was moved to the second floor and there everything was perfect.

The location was the best, staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice.

I chose the wrong room type, should have paid more for a room higher up.

Great service and hotel in general, absolutely would stay again though maybe not in a ground floor room. Great restaurant and tourism spot recommendations.
