We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthe hotel gave us 2 single beds as a couple and instead of providing us with another room, bbecause they were fully booked all they did was join both beds together.
The hotel was amazing with a number of wonderful facilities. It is a great place and all of the staff was very friendly and attentive. There was a lot to do, with a large number of entertainment. The food options are amazing having 5 different opportunities to eat each day. There is always a a live barbecue which allows for there to be a lot of food. A wide range of culture displayed and a beautiful place . 10/10 would recommend

AzerbaijanNo air conditioner in lobby and any restaurant places, no internet access to the room, although I paid for all inclusive, Meal is not sufficient, cleaning is not sufficient (they did not provide us shampoo for the rooms), some evening programs provided by daily staff, it could not meet for 5 Star hotel requirements. Sea is not clean and not any access for child swimming, not any daily children playing ground. They have got us extra payment (450euro), although I booked 2 adult+1 child. Totally most of people around of us were not satisfied from the hotel opportunities. Not recommended to anyone.

Beyond our expectations. Everything was perfect. Very helpful and polite receiption stuff. Big and clean rooms with beautiful sea view. They changed our room with better view for free. Food, drinks and beverage were perfect specially barbeque. All personal was kind, polite and helpful. I want to thank Mr Mehmet and Erfan and Berke in Bar and Mr Mehmet and Neshat in restaurant. I want to thank hotel supervisor (a man we don't know his name) that allow us for late checkout and tell us to bring snacks for our way home if we want. Thank you for this unforgettable stay. We hope see you again.
