I liked everything! just a little suggestion: if possible, to put 1-2 more big cups in the kitchen; and if possible to have some city maps in it could be a '+' for the 'non-connected' tourists

very friendly multilingue staff, always ready to help during the stay, and even after it (i had the troubles of the lost luggage during the return flight, they suggested me to contact the company and the airpot from their side), nice clean building, someone on the desk 24h round; very good appart equipment with the kitchen facilities, confortable beds and sofas, free wifi... I highly recommend this residence, during and out of the touristic season!

The stairwell areas and kitchen are a bit dated and could do with a refurb. A few small touches like slippers and a welcome pack/note or bottles of water in the room would really elevate this hotel.

All the staff were helpful and friendly especially Ezra on reception. The swimming pools are clean and a good size. The pool is open late which is nice and not open too early in the morning so it is a peaceful start to the day. Comfortable beds and large apartment. Good air con. Family friendly. Good security with two doors and access code. Easy to park near the hotel.

About the apartment the one issue was, that the stairs inside the apartment to go down to the bedroom, the Barrier surrounding the stairs had large gaps, so it is quite dangerous for children as if they fall through they gaps they will fall to the bottom part of the stairs and can cause a major injury, to solve it we had to create a makeshift square playpen with the three sofas so the baby did not crawl towards the stairs. In terms of location lt is a quiet area which is nice, although to get to places you will need a taxi to go to places such as the Konyaaltı beach, free bazar etc. There is only a few shops within walking distance. Customer service is okay, though they do not understand English properly therefore it is difficult to communicate with staff (compared to staying in other hotels in Turkey.) you are able to get by though. Hotel excursions are also quite expensive and you are better off booking through an external website i.E you can find the same excursion for 30 euros cheaper. Other than that the apartment is a nice comfortable and clean apartment to stay in.

(Pictures screenshotted from video hence why it is blurry). The apartment was nice and spacious, with two floors, the bedrooms being downstairs with a full bathroom. The upstairs had a toilet and sink. The apartment was clean, there was a balcony and the facilities were easy to use. The pool is nice to use and is generally not packed. Location wise, there is a Sok/BIM , one cafe and a corner shop within walking distance as well as a park less than a minute away from the hotel. Konyaaltı beach and cable cars are nearby, though you will need a taxi.

There was no water in the room and also no intecom/ telephone in the apartment! Prices of small things like water bottle are kept very high.

Overall good value for money and the staff was extremely helpful! They could provide solution to most of the requirements.. Nice swimming pool and spacious accommodation.

Excellent customer service and value for money. we arrived quite late and the staff waited and help with our heavy luggages, additional towels etc. A short drive away from the beach .
