Shower head was hand held only because the wall bracket was broken so it wouldn’t hold it to the wall. Not a big issue but couldn’t stand under shower and wash, had to soap up then wash it off .

Pool was great. Beds were comfortable. Decent size. Bathroom basic but perfectly fine. Breakfast was basic but that’s pretty standard for midrange hotels in Turkey. The family owners were lovely and the position an easy walk to food and attractions

There wasn’t enough space for my car next to the hotel so I needed to park my car by the opposite street in a public spot, even though I explicitly asked for parking at booking time.

Air conditioning not working properly, shut down every 20 min. Breakfast was very simple, just one plate with bread, cheese and sausage.

Rooms was clean. There was a pool. Bathroom needs updating. Its a proper place to stay for a day when you visiting Pamukale.

However, I wasn't satisfied with the breakfast, as they described it as superb. There was one slide ham and bread, some small boxes of jelly and honey, etc.

The price was reasonable and I really enjoyed talking about stuff.

Good sized room, over furnished but with little cupboard space. Small but fine bathroom. The breakfast was simple Turkish fare. The owner and his family were extremely welcoming and helpful. The bus to take you to the Northern Gate can be hailed down right outside the hotel which is in a quiet street at the end of the small town within easy reach of restaurants and bars and also the Southern gate. There is a pool with furniture around it (which we couldn’t use because of rain!)

Attention could be paid in making the breakfast better. It was very basic. The room wasn't tidied after the first day of use. I mentioned that I needed a bin in the room, but it still wasn't there, which made it difficult to throw any rubbish I had.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It walking distance from famous landmarks. They made arrangements to see places that don't get talked about that often, the thermal springs outside the town, and a few other places that housed local products.

The small fridge in the room still had to be turned on when I checked in and when it was finally 'cold' it didn't cool much. There was also no bottled water or a glass to be found in the room. The breakfast was nothing special but it was fine, it included a freshly made omelet.

Friendly hosts that are very helpful. They will help you with any request you have. My room, the deluxe room, was really nice. The bed was comfortable. Free parking at premisses and walking distance from bars, restaurants, and the travertines.

I couldn't get the room warm or the water hot. This could have been solved by going downstairs and talking to management, but I didn't so it could have been user error.

Tucked away in a quiet street with a rural view, but still only minutes from the restaurants and entrance to the tavertines. Great little hotel- immaculately clean, and with a very nice man welcoming us.
